I stick to your dog's regular potty, feeding, and play routines while making sure they always have fresh water, lots of attention, and personalized care. Every dog is treated like family, so you can relax knowing they're happy, comfortable, and well cared for.🥰 I provide full-time boarding seven days a week, including weekends, so your pet receives consistent, attentive care whenever you need it. Holiday boarding is available for an additional fee due to increased demand and limited availability during peak travel periods. I have a securely fenced yard and four friendly Miniature Schnauzers who are beloved family members. They are well-socialized, loving companions that help visiting dogs feel welcome in a safe, clean, and caring home.

“Darren and his wife were such an answer to our prayers. We boarded our dog with them over the Christmas holidays and we were so relieved knowing our dog was in their care. Our dog had not done well interacting with dogs in the past, but by the end of her stay, she was playing with their own dog like they were lifelong friends. They also sent us text updates, photos and videos while we were away to show us their progress and made us feel like we had nothing to worry about. We would highly recommend them to anyone in need of help taking care of their dogs.”

“this family is super awesome. I felt relaxed and was able to ensure my vacation for five days while Polo spend time with boys, including buddy! I will be using you again. Polo has met friends.”

About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since I was 17. Before i always had a dog growing up. When I moved in with my husband he had two dogs, a rabbit and a chinchilla. I used to help take care of them. I’ve always loved animals but I especially love dogs. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always available for caring for your pets! I would preferably not want to watch cats because my own dog doesn’t particularly get along with cats. I have a fenced in backyard. Depending on your dog’s schedule they are freely allowed to be inside or outside at any time. I leave food and water bowls outside for my dog as well as a water bowl inside.

“We had an excellent experience with Maria while our Bernese Mountain Dog stayed with her for nearly two weeks. She did a wonderful job managing his changing energy levels—keeping him active when he was playful while also giving him plenty of time to relax when he needed it. One of the things we appreciated most was the daily updates. She consistently sent pictures and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind and let us see how happy and well cared for he was throughout his stay. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our dog and treated him like one of her own. We came home to a happy, healthy pup, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, attentive, and caring dog sitter.”

“We loved her! She took such great care of Paco and made us feel completely at ease. She gave us many updates and answered very quick. She was very kind, trustworthy, and clearly loves animals. We’re so grateful and will definitely book with her again 🤍”

“Aaliyah did everything I asked and more he kindness is unmatched I was so lucky to find her at the last minute literally an hour before actually needing her services and she was supper flexible with me you couldn’t get a pet sitter than her”

“Nikole was an excellent communicator! This was our first time using the Rover app. She responded to my numerous questions immediately. She took great care of my dogs and sent me videos and pictures daily!”
“Marche cared for my 1yr old pitbull for 9 days and i’m so glad i chose her! I was so nervous about leaving him because it would have been his first time leaving me but she was so attentive with sending pictures, & FT calls. Bentley enjoyed himself and was a happy boy when i picked him up!”

About: Hi! I’m Niyah. While I’m new to Rover, I’m not new to caring for pets. I’m patient, dependable, and know how important it is to treat every pet like family. I’m currently growing my home concierge business & going to school online, which gives me a flexible schedule to provide reliable, attentive care for your pet(s) throughout the day. We had an amazing experience with our dog sitter! She took such great care of our dog and kept us updated throughout the day with photos and messages, which gave us so much peace of mind. Dominique took very good care of my dog while I was away. Super accommodating as my dog was in heat and was kept separate from the others but not treated any differently. Nova came home happy and enjoyed her stay! I will definitely be using this sitter again in the future!

My dog was well cared for, loved, and treated like family while I was away. I received regular updates, photos, and communication that gave me complete peace of mind. It was clear that my dog was happy, comfortable, and getting plenty of attention. I truly appreciate the care, reliability, and kindness shown throughout the entire stay. I would highly recommend and will definitely book again in the future

Bowie had so much fun! This was my first time being away from him overnight and Daniel was so good at updating me within minutes whenever I asked. Bowie got sent home with gifts and a huge smile. My baby was so happy, I will definitely be using them again :). Plus their pup was the sweetest baby and was so patient with my crazy boy.

I had a very very last minute overnight request, and thankfully, Zachary was very accommodating. After i sent a message through Rover, he responded almost immediately, and my husband was on his way to drop our dog off shortly after. He did not give a lot of updates during her stay, but I also had not specifically requested this. When I did check in, he responded promptly. Our dog was a happy girl when we picked her up, and went to get several more cuddles before jumping in our car. It was obvious to me she was comfortable during her stay. I would absolutely have Zachary watch her again in the future if he is available. Totally recommend. 5 stars

Our dog had not done well interacting with dogs in the past, but by the end of her stay, she was playing with their own dog like they were lifelong friends. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
