“Wonderful! I got great updates everyday, and lots of pictures! Pam spent ample time with my kitty and let me know everything going on with my pet and home. She is my new go-to cat sitter for sure!”

About: I have had dogs my whole life, and I have plenty of experience from not only volunteering at animal shelters but from helping my friends and family during their trips out of town. I've worked with dogs of all sizes and I have a senior dog myself. I have experience walking, bathing, cleaning up after them and feeding them, I am very patient, observant, and willing to help. I have plenty of time to house sit or check-in on your pets during the week, especially near the weekends, I would love to take them for nice long walks around a neighborhood or park. My pets are very kind of well behaved, I have a lot of patience and understanding when it comes to any accidents or mishaps they may cause, I would treat your pets with the exact same care and attention.
“Caitlin did an amazing job taking care of our furbabies! One of our dogs, Sammy, is very skittish and protective around new people, but Caitlin was incredibly patient, calm, and understanding. She took the time to earn Sammy’s trust, and it truly meant so much to us knowing our girl felt safe and comfortable in her care. Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure all of our furbabies were happy, well-cared for, and loved while we were away. She also checked in on our other animals (our chickens, pigeons, and fish) to make sure everyone was doing great. We had total peace of mind knowing our animals were in such caring and responsible hands. We highly recommend Caitlin to anyone looking for a trustworthy, compassionate, and attentive pet sitter! 🐾”

This is always needed routinely Pets will be watched at all times. Safety first! I take safety seriously not just for others dos but my own. Safety is no joke!
“Angel was very sweet and understanding. I had gotten a bonus last minute and was able to fly home for Christmas but no one was willing to watch my kitty for me. She stepped up and made sure she was taken care of and even eased my worries of leaving my kitty alone for the first time. I definitely recommend her!”

“I can’t thank you enough for coming through and check on my babies at a short notice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Someone that supposed to come never showed up and even though rover was giving me a hard time, I reached out to Chelsey and she was able to come to my rescue and fixed the problem with rover. My babies love her and excited to see her too. She made sure my babies was safe and sound. It gives me peace of mind. Thank you sooooo much chels!”

“Taylor was amazing! She dropped in on our 2 dogs and 2 cats for the weekend and sent so many amazing pictures and updates each time. She was super reliable and communicative, and it honestly made it so much easier to relax knowing the pets were in good hands. She was also so thoughtful about cleaning the dogs’ paws after the rain and staying for long enough to allow the dogs to get enough play and potty time. We will definitely be using her services again the next time we go on vacation! I highly recommend her to anyone needing a sitter!”

My love for dogs drives me to create personalized care plans, making me stand out as a sitter who truly understands and prioritizes each pet's unique personality and requirements. As a stay-at-home mom, my daily routine is flexible, allowing me to prioritize pet care alongside my family commitments. I can provide consistent, attentive daily care, including regular walks, playtime, and feeding. About: Personal experience is what I believe makes me perfect for you and your fur babies. I’ve always been surrounded by animals, and I enjoy caring for them. A little comforting fact, I was raised on a ranch and my mom is a retired veterinarian. I have experience in caring for ranch livestock, very opinionated birds, loads of cats and dogs (a whole bunch of foster fails, can you blame me?). As for age, I’ve done it all, from birth to old and wise. Medication, hand feeding, diapers (no judgment here!), and just plain attitude? Nothing new to me. I’d love to hear from you and meet your besties at home! I do currently work a full time job and I’m getting back into school so, caring for your pets are limited to just drop-ins and walks. Sunday and Wednesday are completely open, every other day I’m available up until 1:30 pm. Anything more or any questions, please contact me and we can possibly discuss further. When it comes to caring for your pets in your home, you know best. Give me a run down of what you need, and all I’ll do is add a little more love! As much as I would love to, I do have pets of my own and I live in an apartment so, I cannot take your pets into my home.
“Nneka was a lifesaver! She responded almost immediately, and did a great job. Even helps us with a very last minute request. We cannot recommend her enough! Babies did good with her and everything was smooth as it could be ❤️”

About: Lifelong Animal Lover Ready to Pamper Your Pack! What sets me apart is simple: animals aren’t just a hobby for me—they are my lifestyle. I’ve owned and loved dogs my entire life, and my home is currently a happy hub for two dogs and two cats. Managing a multi-pet household every day means I truly understand the unique dynamics, distinct personalities, and individual needs of both canines and felines. When you trust me with your pets, you get a caregiver who knows how to keep the peace, handle separate feeding schedules, and give everyone the exact right amount of attention. As a stay-at-home mom, I have plenty of free time and love to dedicate myself to giving your pets the absolute best care. I have a large, fenced-in backyard that offers plenty of safe space for your pets to run around, play freely, and get their energy out.
About: I have taken care of family and friends’s dogs before. I own a 9mo old male doberman and I’ve taken care of him since he was 2 months old. I potty trained him and we run over a mile every weekday when the weather allows. I used to take care of my mom’s senior schnauzer who used to have frequent seizures during his last year of life. I gave him his medicine and we used to walk twice a day. I’m currently working part-time so I have plenty of time to spend with and to take care of your fur babies. I am mostly available during the weekends and weekdays after 5pm. I might also have some weekdays off, based on my week’s schedule. I have a male 1y/o Dobbie who is very friendly and playful. When in home I can take the dogs to the dog park. Typically, I take the dogs to the dog park 3 times a day. We play and cuddle together on the sofa.
“Alexis dropped in on my cats twice a day while I was on vacation and she was great! My one cat was just diagnosed with heart disease and I was really nervous being away from him. Alexis did a great job of thoroughly keeping an eye on his symptoms and communicating with me! She genuinely seemed to care about my kitties and made me feel a lot better about being away. Highly recommend!!”

We will continue to leave reviews every time Chelsey takes care of our kiddos. She’s amazing! This time we went out of state for a couple days and before it was a little difficult mentally just because our girls are a bit older now. But Chelsey has made traveling so much easier on us mentally. We know how calm and caring she is with them so our minds are at ease and our girls are happy! We can’t say this enough, but we highly recommend her to everyone! Thank you for everything and we’ll see you next time Chelsey!!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
