About: I have been caring for other people's pets for over 10 years and know how stressful it can be to leave your pet under someone else's care. I strive to make any time I spend with your pet as easy and comfortable as possible for both pet and pet parent. I have experience with senior animals and animals with high support needs. I am currently caring for dogs, cats, rabbits and horses. I try to arrange my schedule around the unique needs of the individual pet. I am available for drop in visits with pets(walking, feeding etc) and overnight care in the pets home(when the pet parent is traveling/working etc) When a pet is under my care, I follow the pet parents care instructions to the letter. This means that the disruption to the pets daily routine is minimal and stress to the animal is lessened. I want to keep the pet in an environment they are familiar with, and to make sure all experiences are positive for the pet while under my care.

“Alexa is very responsible while caring for my dog. I have an old toy poodle named Sheba. My family has had Sheba for 15 years now. I had to go out of town for about 2 weeks last summer and I left Sheba with Alexa for dog boarding. Alexa sent me daily photos and updates of Sheba so I knew she was happy. Sheba is elderly and must take certain oral medication throughout the day. Alexa was excellent in giving Sheba her medicine exactly on schedule. She even sent me a little video of Sheba while she was eating. It is obvious Alexa truly loves animals and Sheba began to love Alexa too! We still make appointments to have Alexa dog sit Sheba to this day. We could not imagine booking anyone else for Sheba!”
