You can tell they love dogs and are very knowledgeable about them. My dog, Sophie, is not used to being around other dogs so I was worried she would not fit in, but it was unfounded. We had a meet and great a couple weeks beforehand so she met their dog and sniffed around the backyard. I got periodic updates and photos, which was reassuring. “Rowyn was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough great things about her and her compassion, professionalism and how fantastic she was with my two almost 17 year old kitties! They require oral medication every day, which can be challenging, and on the first day, one was being difficult and refusing the medication, I had told her she could leave since she had already been there longer than the standard allotted drop-in visit time, but she was determined to make sure they both had their medication and was patient and stayed until they both finally took the medication. She absolutely went above and beyond, and was so attentive, so communicative and sent so many pictures! She always arrived on time, despite my saying the timing was flexible! She is someone we completely trusted with the care of our cats and also felt 100% comfortable coming and going from our house. She also went above and beyond and even did some cleaning so when we got home from vacation, we had nothing to worry about!! I cannot recommend Rowyn more highly! About: I’ve had cats since the day I was born! My mom rescued our first cat who passed away right before I went to college! I stumbled across a little grey kitten who needed some help, Jonah, and he is my soul cat! About: I used to work for a family that had a young high energy golden retriever and it was the best! I was able to provide the needs the family asked me for which included walking him, feeding him, giving him attention, and putting him in the kennel for bed. They also had a cat and I was able to care for her too, so I have experience with working with 2 animals at once. “So this is the first time I used Rover and I couldn’t be more happy Erica and Franklin were the best! They made me feel very comfortable by having a visit before my vacation so that I was able to meet them and see their home and that helped to know it was a perfect fit. They were in constant communication answering text anytime and sending pictures that will of the good times they were having with my pit. I give them credit because some people here that I have a pitbull and get totally turned off and feel some kind of way, but they were completely open to him and invited him in like one of the family. If I could recommend anyone it would definitely be Erica and Franklin . Taking comfort in them having my dog, which is essentially like my child enabled me to enjoy my vacation and I can’t thank them enough. I fully recommend them 100%.”
