About: I'm an animal lover and bond easily with all pets. I have worked as a dog bather / groomer at a national chain for all breeds and sizes. My experience also include helping a breeder with puppies and mother care. Recently, I pet sat a sick dog whose family had already booked their vacation. I nursed their dog back to health with boiled chicken, nutritional supplements, and gentle comforting. It would be my honor to provide the care your beloved pet(s) need while you're unable to be there. My services includes playing, walking, petting, feeding, grooming and talking to large or small dogs - all cats, any birds! Of course, cleaning, administering medications, and consoling them, will be done with care. Available for extra tasks, such as taking your pet to the veterinarian or groomer. About: I am a cat parent of 8. I have experience with cats from birth until years old. I was there for my cat while pregnant and during birth. I also have experience with bottle fed babies. I can give oral medication when needed. Liquid or otherwise. I prefer small and medium dogs. I love their high energy but I also love to just hang out. I have a bit of a flexible work schedule but tend to have plenty of time to work around it if needed. Care for your pets would be top priority. I know cats can be solitary creatures but also know they love to play and cuddle. I will make sure no matter where they are that they feel loved and cared for while their humans are away.

About: Im comfortable with any type of animal. My mom has been rescuing animals since I was born. I have worked with big dogs, small dogs, nervous dogs, energetic dogs- you name it! And I know how to take care of them accordingly. Cats are also my speciality, as I currently have around 20 cats. I do have 2 dogs as well, though. I love animals more than anything, and I promise your pets will be happy and safe in my care. Im generally always available to help! I do not currently have a job, and I haven’t started college yet. My availability is very open. Your pets needs are my top priority whenever I am with them. That means that I am alert and focused when taking care of them. I am kind and gentle, but I am also happy to play and be enthusiastic depending on the pets personality. Every pet is different, with their unique preferences, boundaries, and attitude. I take that into account and get to know your pet so that I can make their care special and personalized.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs most of my life and have lived with multiple cat owners as well. I feel like pets like my calm and loving demeanor 😊 I enjoy the flexibility this profession allows and I love the outdoors. If your pet wants a long walk in the sun or just needs to stretch its legs in the backyard I’m down for either! 😁 I feel as though my laid back demeanor is great for working with animals and even the pickiest cats have fallen for me. I’m great at reading the body language of animals and know when they want a belly rub or when they want me to sit six feet away.

Boarding care is handled by both parties. Most messages are responded to by Mary. Mary does have a standing M-F 3 hour babysitting gig from 1-4, though it often ends early. We try to be flexible and accept most bookings, including emergency last minute bookings. We offer a number of services; however, we do not accepts pets from more than one family at a time during boardings so that we can ensure the utmost attention, care and safety of your furry friends. We live in a large townhouse with a fully fenced backyard, 3 cats who keep mostly to themselves but may befriend gentler dogs and a 6 month old puppy who is generally well behaved and in training. We have no children or other people living in the home. We can create separated spaces if necessary, while still ensuring your furry friend gets the care and attention they deserve, while in a comfortable space for them. Mary is dog and cat CPR/First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. We have experience with animals who have special dietary, medication and medical related needs.

“Vizslas are notoriously aloof and skeptical with new people. Moose is also currently in his angsty tween stage. We had a few previous meetings and greets where he decided he wasn’t a good match with the prospective dog walkers. Jordan arrived on time dressed both professionally and appropriately for a first meeting and walk with a high energy dog. She took the time to introduce herself, meet and bond with Moose, and was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about not only working dogs but also the Rover program itself. She immediately put both myself and moose at ease. She spent time in the back yard playing fetch with him (he tends to make you feel like you’re an automatic tennis ball thrower) and then took him for a nice walk. She quickly learned his hand signals and Dutch and English voice commands. He was very disappointed to see his new friend go and is looking forward to his next adventure with her- as he has been missing his daily runs with me and now has a new awesome exercise buddy! 10/10 would recommend her to anyone!”

About: Hi there! My name is Kate and my husband's name is Josh. We have both been pet owners our entire lives and absolutely love caring for other pets as well as our own 3 (G + Sadie + Toby — Chihuahua Mix + Rat Terrier + Jack Russel Terrier). We own a home in Jacksonville just off 295 on the west side with a large fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. So lots of walking, running around and play time if you were to have your pet stay here with us and our 3 pups! Our babies are typically social but at the very least tolerant of other dogs as long as the dog is not too hyper or trying to mess with them. My husband and I both work from home so your baby(s) will get non stop attention. We only board small to medium size dogs (less than 30 pounds, some exceptions - feel free to ask). Your dog(s) must get along with other dogs or at least tolerate them. All dogs are separated at feeding times. We are used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. With our flexible schedule, we will have plenty of time to walk, play and/or love your pet(s). Our home is extremely safe and doors are always locked (even when we are home). Our neighbors are all extremely nice. Our dogs typically lay on the couch, in their dog beds in our office or on our bed. All get lots of love, pets and treats every day 🙂

About: I’ve been looking after pets my whole life, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, geese, and even a peacock one time! Right now I have two lil kitties of my own that are the light of my life. I am available at anytime to play with your pups and kitties! I can visit at least two- three times a day to look after your babies! I will do my best to send a picture or fun video every visit for you and your families peace of mind. Please give list of instructions for me if you have specific preferences on how to care for them.

About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable with them and can happily accommodate their needs. I’m ready to help out in any way that I can, and my schedule is very flexible! My schedule is extremely flexible, I’m never away from home for more than a couple hours at a time, so your pet will get lots of quality time and attention. I have a fenced yard so your dog will have lots of space to play, but will always be leashed and supervised. There’s also a dog park down the road from me for additional playtime and social time if your pet prefers! The house is already pet-proofed and dogs are welcome on the couch and in the bed.

About: I ve taken care of different types of dogs since I was 15 my friend and neighbors have always relied on me to take care of their furry friends where I always assure that they always go for 3 walks a day, have quality play time with me, and be cuddle and cozy all the time you are away ♥️ Most of my work is from home! So I will spend the maximum amount of time with your best friend, playing, walking and lots of cuddles 🥰 normally I take the dogs for a walk, I come back ready to give them breakfast and food prepared for them; at the middle of the day I take them for a second walk and in the way back I hide some treats around the house to keep them entertained (if the dog have separation anxiety I get sure to get a lick mat to help them with that) in the afternoon night I have enough time to play with them after the last walk with a ball and more.
