My husband and I own a house with a backyard and lots of space to walk dogs around the neighborhood. We had a few previous meetings and greets where he decided he wasn’t a good match with the prospective dog walkers. Jordan arrived on time dressed both professionally and appropriately for a first meeting and walk with a high energy dog. She took the time to introduce herself, meet and bond with Moose, and was very easy to get along with and knowledgeable about not only working dogs but also the Rover program itself. She immediately put both myself and moose at ease. She spent time in the back yard playing fetch with him (he tends to make you feel like you’re an automatic tennis ball thrower) and then took him for a nice walk. She quickly learned his hand signals and Dutch and English voice commands. About: Hi! I’m Katherine, a veterinary technician with 4 years of professional experience caring for dogs and cats. I have experience administering medications, caring for senior pets, recognizing signs of illness, and handling anxious animals. About: I grew up with both dogs and cats, so I’m very comfortable with them and can happily accommodate their needs. I’m ready to help out in any way that I can, and my schedule is very flexible! My schedule is extremely flexible, I’m never away from home for more than a couple hours at a time, so your pet will get lots of quality time and attention. I have a fenced yard so your dog will have lots of space to play, but will always be leashed and supervised. There’s also a dog park down the road from me for additional playtime and social time if your pet prefers! The house is already pet-proofed and dogs are welcome on the couch and in the bed.
