About: I grew up with dogs and horses and love animals! I have adopted and raised a Cocker Spaniel, Miniature Pinschers, Bully breed mixes, an English Pointer Spaniel and a Doberman Pinscher. I have experience in dog training and had one rescue go through a 30 day in house Cesar Milan type program where both the dog and I were taught invaluable skills in Los Angeles. I'm experienced helping dogs with special needs and medications and give the utmost love and attention to every RoyalHound I meet. Your fur baby will be cared for and in a safe and happy space when they're with me! I currently own my own Consulting company and work remotely so I have a flexible schedule that includes plenty of time for walks and park adventures, pet errands and pet sitting on weekdays and weekends. I have a 3 bed/2 bath house with a very large backyard with no other pets currently at home. So your dog/s will be free to roam supervised in a secure environment when not on walks or park adventures if you want them to have safe off leash supervised playtime.

“My pet care plans fell through last minute and she was able to help within the hour. She made sure both of my girls were taken care of and happy.”

About: Hi, my name is Elizabeth! I am a 26 year old civil engineer born and raised here in Florida. I attended the University of Florida for my undergrad and am now doing my masters through Mississippi State Online. I do have more limited availability since I work full time during the week, but I keep my weekends open and would love to be able to care for your animals Friday-Sunday. Perfect if you’ve got a weekend getaway planned or are traveling for kid’s sports. If you’re looking for days that are marked unavailable on my calendar please reach out to me and I will try my best to accommodate you and your family. I have over 10 years’ experience in handling animals and pets. I grew up with a house full of animals so I’m used to every breed, size, and temperament! As an adult I have been a dog mom for 6 years and cat mom for 4. • Free of allergies to animal hair/dander • In-depth knowledge of different breeds/behaviors of domestic pets • Loves all types/sizes/ages of pets • Own a reliable car (I have an SUV and can use my husband’s truck), safe driver and current auto insurance • I am very active so am able to walk or run with any size dog • Demonstrated ability to comply with individual owner rules and procedures at all times - your babies your rules! Provided in-home pet care including; leashed walks, off leash socials, and plenty of play time • Ensured pets are given requisite amount exercise and playtime • Cleaned up after pets Love to play and cuddle with all the fur-babies! Got big weekend plans? I am available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I work from home Fridays so am able to provide care in the early mornings, lunch hour or evening times. On the weekends I want nothing more than to hang out with animals all day so I am free and ready to provide pets and playtime at any time. Early mornings and late nights are not an issue, I’m super flexible and try to work with your schedule. I have a good sized fenced in yard (with a pool if your babies like to swim) and two fun loving dogs to keep them company. My dogs are medium sized, friendly, fixed and up to date on all shots/medications. I also have two cats who prefer to keep to themselves but are not unfriendly, just uninterested. If needed I can keep my upstairs bedrooms and bath closed off from the rest of the house so all the animals can have their own space. My neighborhood is very walkable and I usually like to take all the dogs down to the neighborhood park on their walks (about 1.5 mile total walk) or we sometimes do a shorter loop which is only about half a mile.

About: I have owned cats, dogs, fish and birds over the years. I used to have 4 beagles. I also had 2 yorkshire terriers. I currently have 2 short hair domestic cats and a ragdoll cat. I really love all animals and enjoy playing and spending time with them. I am able to walk them for up to 30 minutes at a time. I can do check ins to feed and play with them for up to 30 minutes at a time and can do over nights in your home. I'm also a paralegal who will provide great attention to detail when caring for your fur baby. I'm pretty good at hiding medicine in cheese or peanut butter too. I'm mostly doing this because it sounded fun getting to spend time with animals and get some exercise at the same time. I have three cats so I regularly check food and water levels, as well as their litter box to make sure it's clean. I also work from home so they get a lot of attention throughout the day with head rubs and play. I also brush them a few times a week. If chosen as your pet care giver, I will provide excellent care and follow all specific instructions for your fur babies. I will feed, provide water, walk, play with, let animals out into fenced yard, and make sure any messes made by the animals have been cleaned up before I leave each visit.

“We have trouble finding someone flexible to fit our busy schedule and someone that our dog Walter is comfortable with. Max is amazing! He is reliable, easy to work with, always on time and sends lots of pictures. He even came by to meet our dog before we scheduled walks with him to make sure he was comfortable. Walter loves him and we will be booking with Max anytime we need some extra help with our baby.”

About: As long as I can remember, I have had a pet or helped care for others' pets. I have worked as a foster pet parent for two nonprofits. I currently work weekdays with a very flexible schedule. My partner is finishing school with online classes and is home throughout the day most days. Each morning the first thing we do is check on our pets and pets in our care. I love starting their day with exercise if they're up for it with fetch, chase, or a walk. My dog is fed twice a day and kept in a separate area from our rescue cat who mostly stays in my daughters room. I am exceptionally skilled at socializing animals and helping them stay comfortable, which can mean sectioning off areas of the home for different pet friends if needed. If it's a cat you need watched, I love getting cats feeling comfortable by being patient and using toys or treats that you approve of to help bring out their inner kitten. I have a fenced yard for dogs to use, including toys, dirt to dig in with no guilt, and an extra large water dish. We never lock dogs outside and they have easy access back inside whenever they want. I collect leashes for long walks and love the kind of bonding I can get with a one on one walk. If your pet needs extra exercise, I have you covered! The highlight of my day is walking my dogs or dogs in my care. I work together with my partner to make sure someone is always home with pets. My schedule changes, but I will only show availability for boarding if someone will be home at all times. We like dogs to feel at home, so we set up the house and yard to be safe for pets. I am mostly doing reading or computer work at home, and many guest dogs simply snuggle on my lap or next to me while I work, being well worn out from walks or yard time. I love walking dogs but I know some dogs prefer off leash yard time. I really try to get to know your pets and what makes them happiest.

About: I've worked in boarding kennels since 2015, responsible for the well-being and care of up to 70 dogs at a time. Working with Rover allows me to focus all my love and attention on a single dog at a time! I also worked with Canine Companions during college, pet sitting for service dogs in training. Taking care of dogs (and cats!) is what I'm passionate about and I would love to get to know you and your pet! I am available Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm. I currently do not have a secondary job, besides being a stay-at-home dog mom to my own pup, so my schedule is free during the week to take care of other pups as well. My goal for in-home visits and walks is to work with your dog's normal daily routine. I will do my best to tailor my visits to you and your dog's individual needs.

“Ceteria was great with my dog and did everything I asked her to do. Will definitely have her take care of my fur baby again in the future.”

“Akira loved Jennifer from the first time they met, that gave me a peace of mind while we were away. Thank you for being reliable and trustworthy!”

“I have 2 st Bernard’s and the male is very strong. I have had multiple dog walkers tell me they weren’t able to continue walking George because of how strong he is. Yet, Richard did great walking George and he didn’t have any issues with George’s strength. I fully trust him walking George and will keep him on the regular.”

“Bradley is very communicative, follows up to confirm dates / times, and is friendly and personable. He is great with my big, hyper dogs, enjoys walking and playing fetch with them, keeping them active and entertained with lots of belly rubs. Highly recommend Bradley for your pet care needs!”

“Jolinda is great very attentive to my dogs needs and any concerns for him. She always sends detailed updates and pictures. She’s trustworthy and I’ve used her several times. Myro also is happy with her and gets excited when he sees her.”

About: Experience with elderly dogs and puppies. Love to play and walk dogs as long as they need me for! Will stay with dog as long as needed. I’m available all times of the week (M-F). Happy to work around changing schedules of pet owners and families needs. Communication is key for me! I live in a neighborhood with a ton of trails and ways to walk. The area I’m in is extremely pet friendly and allows for pet accessibility as well.

About: Hi there! My name is Kate and my husband's name is Josh. We have both been pet owners our entire lives and absolutely love caring for other pets as well as our own 3 (G + Sadie + Toby — Chihuahua Mix + Rat Terrier + Jack Russel Terrier). We own a home in Jacksonville just off 295 on the west side with a large fenced-in backyard and quiet neighborhood. So lots of walking, running around and play time if you were to have your pet stay here with us and our 3 pups! Our babies are typically social but at the very least tolerant of other dogs as long as the dog is not too hyper or trying to mess with them. My husband and I both work from home so your baby(s) will get non stop attention. We only board small to medium size dogs (less than 30 pounds, some exceptions - feel free to ask). Your dog(s) must get along with other dogs or at least tolerate them. All dogs are separated at feeding times. We are used to serving regular dry, wet, mixtures, raw foods, and administering medications including injectables. With our flexible schedule, we will have plenty of time to walk, play and/or love your pet(s). Our home is extremely safe and doors are always locked (even when we are home). Our neighbors are all extremely nice. Our dogs typically lay on the couch, in their dog beds in our office or on our bed. All get lots of love, pets and treats every day 🙂

Also, I don't charge per pet in the household, making pet care more affordable for you. I would love to have the opportunity to care for your furry friends. I currently work remotely Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, I do have availability before and after work for drop-in visits to care for your pets. About: I am a full-time veterinary technician, I just graduated university and I’m on the path to veterinary school. My goal is not only to love on pets but extend medical knowledge to the families I care for! I have 2-3 off days each week so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies. I love working, especially when it comes to animals. I used to also be a kennel technician so I am very careful that dogs don’t come off leashes, any medications that need to be administered are given in a timely manner, and I am always kind and thorough to the individual pets I care for.

“This was the first time that my family & I used Rover & I couldn’t be more happier with Veronica’s care for our dog, Mali. She communicated with me throughout the whole time. I can see how much she loves caring for our baby. She had made it so much easier to go out of town & having a peace of mind leaving Mali. She is amazing! I wouldn’t use anybody else but her when we need care for Mali. I can’t thank thank her enough!”

“Elizabeth has been watching my two dogs and hamster on and off for the past 18 months. She is truly great, I think my pets love her more than they love me! Whenever business called me out of town I know I could count on her to watch my babies while I was away. I left her a house key and she would come three times a day to spend time with me pets. Elizabeth is a very sweet but enthusiastic young woman. I was nervous about leaving Brady, my boxer with her because he is STRONG and loves to play but Elizabeth is a lot tougher (and stronger) than she looks. I'm 15 years older and half a foot taller than she is and I sometimes have trouble getting Brady around. I would definitely recommend her to anyone, she's the best.”

8. Elle S.
“I don’t even know where to start. Elle is one of the most responsible people I have ever known. She is one of the only few people I would leave my child with and pets other than my parents. She is always organized and on time . Loves animals as if they where tiny humans. I’ve never known someone more trustworthy, honest, and compassionate. If you’re look for someone that you don’t have to worry about your loved one while at work or on a date night she’s the person I would call. I say this cause she’s like one of the only people I don’t have to call to check on my loved ones I know 100 percent they are safe and well taken care of .”

17. Kate O.
“Kate is one of the most generous and loving people my dogs and I have been blessed to have met. She is the ultimate caregiver and goes above and beyond every time. Kate has been helping us for the past year and has a tremendous bond with my four dogs. She adores her animals and shows my babies the same love and attentiveness that she shows her own. She always keeps me updated on my animals during their stays with her, a huge relief having a dog with cancer that requires a lot of special attention and rigid medicine schedule. I really appreciate her being able to accommodate the health issues because its nerve-racking and unsettling to not be there.. but I can leave with peace of mind and certainty that they are in the best hands. I am extremely comfortable with her and trust her with my most precious beings. I don't think I will ever be able to properly thank her or show her how big of a godsend she is to my life. I would recommend Kate to everyone!”

18. Cindy C.
“Cindy was great with my two cats. Whenever I go on vacation I know I can just request her and I can leave happy knowing my cats will be okay. She also follows my very specific instructions on how to feed my cats. They are very picky so I’m glad I know Cindy will feed them like I would. She’s great I recommend.”

19. Jaylen T.
“I’ve known Jaylen for years now. From the days we played in the mud together he’s always loved caring for lizards, turtles, dogs, cats and more. I’d trust him far beyond just walking my dog, but being the person to care for anyone’s family pets. He’s an animal lover and care taker through and through no doubt about it.”

20. Veronica S.
