My dog was still a puppy when I left him so I was nervous about leaving him so young, but Jose helped a lot with the potty training! His other pups are super playful and defensively made the stay more fun for my pup. Would recommend and ask him to host again!”

From the moment we dropped him off, we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. Natalia sent us daily updates, complete with photos, showing us all the fun activities Sai was enjoying—from walks to outings at the dog park. It was clear Sai was having the time of his life! When Sai experienced a minor GI upset, they handled it with such care and professionalism, following our instructions perfectly. They showed genuine compassion and concern, which meant the world to us. It's rare to find someone who treats your pet like their own, and Natalia and her husband did just that. When we picked Sai up, it was obvious he had bonded with Natalia and saw her as part of his family. He was looking at her like he was going to miss his new friend, which truly warmed our hearts.
