About: Hi there! I'm a lifelong pet owner and animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for pets of all ages, including senior dogs and cats with special needs. I understand the unique care, patience, and attention older pets require—from administering medications to providing gentle, comforting companionship and love walks! Over the years, I’ve built strong bonds with animals through consistent love, play, and understanding their individual personalities. Whether your pet is energetic or elderly, I treat every animal like family and ensure they feel safe, loved, and well cared for in your absence. My schedule is flexible. I can spend time with your pet to play, take for a walk & biking with those who need a faster pace, or just hang out with. I’m also available to feed/water your pet if needed. I recognize the need for and can follow special instructions for all pets- special needs, babies, seniors- there's no limit. I understand some pets & families like things done a particular way. About: I work remote 100% of the time M-F, 8-5pm. That gives me the ability to be as frequent or spaced-out in walks, potty breaks, playtime and interaction. Reach out and consult with me on the specific needs of your pets so we can determine if it’s a good fit for all of us. I look forward to hearing from you. 49-year old, active, remote worker with ability to spend varied amounts of time with your fur family while you’re away! I am seasoned in sitting pets and homes. My remote work allows me to be on location in your home from 8-5pm while you’re away. During those hours I choose not to sit still so much, I stand up and step outside for fresh air once per hour so your pets will have the ability to move with me when I take short walks through the day. I am a registered behavioral therapist and work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities to help them with socialization, communication, self-regulation, etc. I have also worked in at-home senior care. Additionally, I am a mother of three girls, all of whom recently graduated from or currently attend college at the Univeristy of Florida! Go Gators! I am a very patient person with extensive experience in caretaking and would love to use skills acquired in my career to help your fur babies in need of care or walks! I have always been an animal lover. I currently have a nine month old miniature dachshund puppy and a five year old cat, and have in the past raised a chiweenie and several cats through my various walks of life. I love being active and walking outside - walking my own dog is always a highlight of my day, so I'd love to walk yours. I have experience training puppies and am actually training one right now, quite a little handful but so much fun! I work varied hours based on my client needs, so I am able to fit in various walks depending on what your needs are, as well. I am most available in the late afternoons and evenings and have full weekend availability! I am an extremely communicative person with a love for animals and extensive caretaking experience. On walks, you can expect pictures and communication as needed on how our walk is going :)

About: I've taken care of dogs for friends and family resulting in happy pets and owners. Grew up with dogs and cats most of my life. Animals seem to gravitate to me when visiting for the first time. I've recently moved to FL to get away from the cold New England weather. I am available early morning Sundays and early mornings Tuesday through Thursday. I will accommodate your pets needs that are suitable and within reason. Your pet is an extension of your family and deserves the same care as you would give.

“Anita has been awesome with our 4 month old Rhodesian Ridgeback. He is going through some puppy teething and she informed us of his discomfort during her first visit with him. This made us research and purchase chilly chew toys and she made sure to take them out of freezer to help with his pain while she's here for the drop-in. She is really good with communication and this makes us feel comfortable leaving our puppy in her care. She definitely has a good relationship with our puppy, even when he's being a handful! Definitely would recommend her to anyone and already have her booked for more visits!”

My schedule is very predictable, I work Monday through Friday but am easily able to check on your pets throughout the day. Happy to stay in your home and keep your pets company as well. I’ll even water your plants! I have a yellow lab at home and understand just how important it is to feel like your pets are safe, happy, and taken care of.
