“This the second year that we have left our dog Archie with Julie while we visit from Chicago. Archie is an anxious dog and can have issues when being left with strangers. But Julie always makes Archie feel very comfortable and before long he was having a great time at her house and was running though her front door during drop offs. Julie is great about giving updates throughout the day and sending fun pics and videos. It was great not having to worry about our dog so we could truly enjoy our vacation. We only wish we lived closer so we could use Julie all the time!”

About: I used to work at a vet's office giving me in depth knowledge and understanding of how animals should be treated. I have experience pet sitting my boyfriend and neighbor's dogs while they are out of town. Plus, I have helped take care of dogs and cats for family members. Your fur baby will become a temporary family member while you are away. I currently work from home. I am available for boarding Friday through Sunday and available for dog walking or sitting any time after 5:30pm Monday Tuesday and Thursday. I have a fenced in back yard and a friendly 8-year-old dog to keep your fur baby company. I can easily crate your dog if needed. I have experience pet sitting my boyfriend and neighbor's dogs while they are out of town. Your fur baby will become a temporary family member while you are away.

I prioritize my furry friends by ensuring they receive regular meals, walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. Their needs are factored into my schedule, allowing for breaks between study sessions or online classes to attend to them. Additionally, I plan outdoor activities and exercise to coincide with my own breaks, ensuring both my academic responsibilities and their well-being are properly balanced. In my home, dogs stay indoors and have access to designated areas for play, relaxation, and rest. Additionally, I provide a fenced yard for supervised potty breaks and outdoor activities. This setup allows pets to enjoy the comfort of being indoors while also having the opportunity to relieve themselves and stretch their legs outdoors.

About: We had two rescue greyhounds growing up. Now I have a very sweet 2yo 12# Toy Aussie named Addie and a 1yo 13# scaredy-cat named Ernie. They share toys and treats and beds. Small older dogs with a bit of patience will find themselves at home quickly. In the morning we go for a walk to the dog park after breakfast. Then the pets sleep while I work from home all day. Again in the afternoon we go to the park and sometimes the dog friendly bar. I'm almost always home and otherwise I bring my dog Addie. Happy to have a guest! I will only accept dogs I think will fit nicely into my home for a safe, pleasant visit!

About: Besides spending many years as a veterinary technician, I grew up surrounded with all types of animals from big to small dogs, lovey dovey cats to grumpy kitties, horses, chickens, snakes, birds I do it all & I do it all with the utmost respect & love for every single animal I come into contact with. I am truly an animal lover & genuinely enjoy the company of animals (sometimes more than people ;) I currently work part time close by to my home so I have plenty of extra time to play, feed, walk or whatever your animals needs are I'm there for them & you!
