About: Hello! My name is Daisy! I am very kind, down to earth, and I have a hint of dry humor. I use to be a veterinary technician for 4 years and have taken care of dogs/cats in the past and still do when my friends need me. I am able to give medication if needed and also just care for your pets while you are away :) I will make sure they are happy and safe. I also have pets of my own and I do know how special that pet bond is. I do speak English and Spanish if needed. I can pet sit all animals (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, small animal) while the owner is away and would prefer to pet sit at the owner’s house as my own pets are a bit reactive and would prefer to keep everyone safe. If you have any other questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks! :) I currently work remotely in the evenings and I’m off weekends. I can care for pets in the morning times and if I’m needed to stay I can as I can work remotely or can stay during the weekend. I make sure that the pet is comfortable with me first - I don’t want to stress the pet or anything so I usually like to meet the pet first. Once that’s been established, if I am to care for them in a clients home I make sure that I communicate how their pet is, what happened that day and any news they might like to hear. Provided picture updates and confirm the pets behavior. If the owner leaves a list of things to do I can make sure to communicate everything has been done. If I need to leave the pet alone and be back I be sure to communicate that as well.
“Crystal was absolutely amazing while caring for my two cats during my vacation! She was playful and engaging with them, making sure they got plenty of love and attention. I really appreciated how informative she was—she kept me updated every day with messages and the sweetest pictures, so I never had to worry. It’s clear she truly cares about animals, and my cats adored her. I’ll definitely be booking her again!”

“Morgan is so great I booked her a few days later! She does drop in and is so good with the pitties and provides updates and notes. Would highly recommend her. She rocks!”

“Lisa was an amazing sitter for my kitty, Jinx! Jinx had an accident and Lisa was gracious enough to find the supplies needed to clean it before the stain set. Greatly appreciated and will be booking again, bonus points for her being my neighbor allowing me to have the peace of mind she can pop in quickly if needed! ☺️”

“Carmen and Dee were absolutely amazing with my 2 babies!!! They watched them for a week while I was out of town and were even flexible when I had to extend my trip. They sent me lots of photos from every drop in and updates which relieved my anxiety so much!! I have a very anxious and difficult Frenchie he does not cooperate well with strangers but Carmen and Dee knew exactly how to gain his trust and made my babies feel comfortable. They followed all my instructions and kindly cleaned their food and water bowls. I couldn’t have picked better sitters and I will definitely be booking with them from now on 🥹🫶🏽 10/10 recommend!!!”

“We hired Liz for drop-in visits to feed and play with our two dogs while we were out of town, and she was absolutely fantastic—hands down the best sitter we’ve ever had on Rover (or anywhere else). This was her first time with us, but you’d never know it. Liz showed up right on time, sent great updates with photos every visit, and clearly gave our pups tons of love and attention. Our dogs can be energetic and a handful, but she handled them perfectly—playing fetch, going on walks, and just hanging out with them like they were her own. Honestly, she seemed to like them even more than we do (in the best way possible 😄). She was communicative, followed all our instructions to a T, and left everything clean and calm when we got home. Our dogs were happy, tired, and clearly well-cared-for. If you’re lucky enough to book Liz, do it—she’s a gem. We’ll be reaching out to rebook her first next time we travel. Highly, highly recommend! Thanks again, Liz! 🐶🐶”

“Lauren took very good care of my two senior cats when we were away for 4 days, doing twice a day drop-ins. She made sure they got meds on time, visits were always punctual and she spent the full time with them each visit. I’m so happy we found her, I will absolutely book with Lauren again!”

About: I am a 30 year old radiology technologist I am off most weekends and some weekdays. Often I can have 4 off days in a row but since I do work 12 hours, I can't give my own puppy the love it deserves. Doing dog-sitting for fun :) I had a dog all my life growing up but haven't been able to get one since I sometimes work long hours. I live on the border of Grand Prairie and Dallas, by Trinity Groves. I am offering dog walking, dog boarding and drop ins. I have specialized experience in senior dogs, dogs needing wound care, and topical/oral medication administration. I will provide meals and walks, just let me know any special needs or diets your dog has. As of 1/8/2021, I am COVID-19 vaccinated! I currently working in healthcare full time and have weekends off, some days I am not needed due to census so I have weekdays off as well! If your dog has temperature sensitivities, cannot be around other dogs, or is reactive and needs a quiet environment, I’m your girl! The advantage of booking a private sitter vs doggy daycare at chain stores is that 1 on 1 care can be provided for animals with high anxiety

Coming home to happy, relaxed pets is the best sign of exceptional care. Liz is reliable, caring, attentive, and truly has a special connection with animals. If you’re looking for someone you can trust with your furry family, Liz is the person. I will rebook her furever. Thank you again Liz!!

Lauren took very good care of my two senior cats when we were away for 4 days, doing twice a day drop-ins. She made sure they got meds on time, visits were always punctual and she spent the full time with them each visit. I’m so happy we found her, I will absolutely book with Lauren again!

Diella did drop in visits for my 2 cats and dog (including walks) in March and was wonderful. She had cared for my cats before but recently one of them has required more attention and Diella was communicative, on time, and great about asking questions and sharing what was going on. I also had to spring the dog care on her last minute and she was willing to help. My dog is polite and well behaved but not the best walker and I really appreciated all the effort she put in with her!! I definitely recommend.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
