Pets have always been a big part of my life. I have good experience with senior dogs and cats and also puppies/kittens. They both require different sets of skills and attention. I understand the different stages of life and also how to have fun with both species.

A typical day
I grew up with a lot of cats and only 5 years of my life I did not have one. Those were hard 5 years but I volunteered at cat shelters and provided pet sitting services to fulfill my love of playing and cuddling with cats. Since I grew up surrounded by cats my wanting for a dog was strong. When I was 9 we brought home our family dog and I couldn't have been more excited. She taught me valuable skills even at such a young age on what dogs need. I even watched her grow old and I learned how to take care of senior dogs as well. As I've gotten older I have watched and played with so many other dogs and I have discovered how to change my attitude or activities based on what they need. Some dogs love long walks and some just like a quick walk around the block. Whatever they need I will provide.

Pet care experience
Growing up I was surrounded by pets. I had multiple cats, fishes, hamsters, and a dog. When I went away to school, I had to be away from animals for the first time. Due to this, I took up as many pet sitting jobs as I could. While in graduate school I was a dog sitter/walker for a sweet pup named RJ. After school I moved to Phoenix. While in Phoenix I started my pet sitting business. After two years on the app, I had a good list of regulars and decided it was time to focus just on them (they needed me!). This last month I moved to Dallas! Now that I’m in a new city, I’m ready to hop back on and meet new furry faces. I also had a baby (6 months) and am currently a SAHM. She will come with me so please let me know if your pet does not like kids, and I can leave her with a family a member. One of my cats has a chronic illness, so I have experience giving medicine. I do not offer in-care home due to my cats, but do offer walking and drop ins! I recently moved to Dallas from Phoenix. While in Phoenix I started my pet sitting business. Diella did drop in visits for my 2 cats and dog (including walks) in March and was wonderful. She had cared for my cats before but recently one of them has required more attention and Diella was communicative, on time, and great about asking questions and sharing what was going on. I also had to spring the dog care on her last minute and she was willing to help. My dog is polite and well behaved but not the best walker and I really appreciated all the effort she put in with her!! I definitely recommend.
Diella fed and took care of my cats just last week for the first time. She took pictures each visit and reported any thing she thought I needed to know about them. She’s also very friendly and personable..I would recommend and will use her again!
