About: I've had dogs since I was a kid, so basically have been around them and taking care of then for my whole life. I am good with nail trims and baths as well! My schedule is pretty open. Currently in between jobs, but am only looking for something part time, so I will have lots of availability especially during the summer. Currently I only have a cat and a bearded dragon, but I love spending time with dogs and playing with them/walking them. I have a fenced in yard if they want to run around, and live right by cobbs hill.

About: In highschool I was very popular in my neighborhood from doing there dog nails, to dog sitting, over night stays, and even medications. Even back in high school I had a part time and school and still made sure the fur babies were taken care of. To this day I still dog sit for my neighbor. I also worked at a doggy daycare for about 6 months then i moved, I learned so much while I was there in that short period of time from learning to gain respect and how to control a group of 15+ dogs . And was in a animal science program in highschool with a mentorship at a clinic, then tried to go to college for my vet tech degree but too expensive(still paying that off). I also do have a very energetic German shepherd who I train every day she knows pretty much everything(sit, lay down, roll over,paw, other paw,high five, spin, heel, center, look, leave it, back up, and wait). I also dog sat for my boyfriend's coworker who had an older pointer who had a seziure not only did I comfort the dog but I called owner asap then vet, I then called off of work. Just because it's not my animal doesn't mean I will love them any less. But the take away from all that is I have a lot of experience in the animal department. I'm currently working part time and have a lot of free time on my hands and love being around animals . I only work wensday-saturday the other days I'm free. But as you can see with my profile I do have my own fur baby but my boyfriend never works nights or weekends so she won't be alone. For the pets at clients housing not only will I respond to you text asap even if I'm busy, I will also ask for guide lines and try to keep your dog on the schedule you have them on consistency is key, especially when a change like you leaving happens. I also am a big over thinker so before I let the dog out if you have a yard I will always make sure the gates are close and secure and make sure there's nothing laying out that would harm them. When I dog sit I imagine as if it's my own dog.

About: I have had and cared for multiple dogs since I was a child and currently work at a kennel caring for dogs and cats every day. I know all pets have different personalities and needs but I believe the most important thing is to treat them with respect. You and your pet’s comfort are my priority! That is why I will follow all instructions given to the letter and send photo updates so you can see for yourself that your pet is safe and well loved. About: I make time to care for dogs on my free time and love to make them feel special. I help busy hardworking owners feel relieved when they can work and know that their dog is in good hands. I am a student that is currently studying full time at my apartment and am available to schedule dog care. I am very organized and am able to set time for studying and pet care and play time. I can play with them and give them enrichment. I can pet them to soothe them. I can encourage drinking water to keep them healthy. About: New to Rover! I have 20+ years, like most of you, taking care of dogs (all ages & size) walking, training & loving. Raised in Rochester & know all the best parks & trails. I have an SUV and don’t mind taking the dogs places if requested. Night shift worker during the week, I make lots of time for my puppy at home and would love to make time for your dog during the day. I’m available all days of the week, unfortunately that doesn’t mean I’m available all the time but can make time each day of the week if necessary. I get excited each time I meet new parents of dogs, i wouldn’t trust some nobody with my dog unless I got to know them first, I am in my mid twenties and have lived in pittsford/penfield for most of life, I do not drink if that matters to you, I’d say based off appearance I look pretty clean unless it’s cold out then you may only be seeing what’s visible under my hood or hat. I’m well educated in the do’s and don’ts on what is safe and unsafe for dogs and puppies to accidentally eat. Coming from a family that has dealt with Lyme Disease I take precaution in where my dogs are roaming, and always checking my puppy and past dogs constantly for ticks

About: Dog sitting was my first job as a teenager. My mom actually gave me the idea to start because she never wanted to have a pet, so this was such a fun compromise! Since then I’ve dog sat for small, medium and large dogs! I myself am an active person and love to be active with a furry friend! It’s nice to have company on a walk run or even someone to explore new parks with! I work full time but my schedule is fairly flexible! I am a therapist and have ability to work from home at times as long as I am not in a session or scheduled to run group therapy! I am happy to stay at your home and care for your pet with the instructions you give! I am happy to walk, play, pet, feed and clean up after your dog.

About: People have called me the "dog-whisperer", but I have an affinity with animals of all kinds. I have had several happy and sometimes spoiled dogs and cats of my own throughout my life, I am also the only person I know who never lost their hamster as a child. I love going on long walks and hikes, I even once had a cat who liked to go on walks with me. Dogs I have cared for in the past, have been known to miss me after they went home and were excited to see me again the next time. I am almost always available, very punctual, quite active, and I love having a furry four legged companion on a walk or a nice long hike. I am a full time student.
