About: I’ve had a deep love for animals for as long as I can remember, and I truly believe they can sense that. Many pets warm up to me quickly, and I think it’s because I approach them with patience, calm energy, and respect for their space. I make an effort to create familiarity—especially in their own homes—so they feel safe and comfortable. Building trust with each pet is something I take seriously and genuinely enjoy. I currently work part-time in a hybrid role while completing my master’s in public health. I’m typically in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with hours varying depending on meetings. Outside of that, I’m home and able to provide structured care, regular outdoor time, and engagement. I’m intentional about scheduling to make sure pets receive dependable, consistent care. I provide care based on each pet’s usual routine and needs. I aim to maintain a consistent routine with regular outdoor time, play, feeding schedules, and structured downtime to help pets feel comfortable and settled. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I follow their established household routines as closely as possible.
“Rebecca is amazing! So diligent and organized and detailed. She is a true professional with loads of experience, and I feel so good about leaving my pup in her care.”

About: I’ve had experience with dogs and cats since I was a little one. I’ve house/pet sat and walked friends and family’s pets for years. I’m a lover of all animals. I can only do drop ins/visits and walks… before 2pm as I work 230-11 now. Restrictions on overnights now… Only Wednesday AM-Thurs afternoon or Saturday AM-Sunday afternoon (I get out of work at 11pm so I could be there the night before if needed) I do not care for pets in my own home because I have a cat and she’s very picky about who I bring into our home (lol)

About: I make time to care for dogs on my free time and love to make them feel special. I help busy hardworking owners feel relieved when they can work and know that their dog is in good hands. I am a student that is currently studying full time at my apartment and am available to schedule dog care. I am very organized and am able to set time for studying and pet care and play time. I can play with them and give them enrichment. I can pet them to soothe them. I can encourage drinking water to keep them healthy. I am very vocal when it comes to encouraging and letting pets know they are doing something well.
“Kathleen is excellent with our 100lb dog, Raya! She always takes her picture and is excellent with communicating with us! Even our kids like to say hi to Kathleen when she comes. Thank you for being a great help to our family.”

“Emily is lovely and my Maddie immediately felt comfortable with her. I was able to schedule with her same day which is great. We will definitely be contacting her regularly. ?”

“Teddy’s newest friend is John! I see that John is Very efficient and he accepts Teddy for who is. Our little concern is always Ted’s safety and John is firm but friendly with him.. Gold Stars to John!”

About: People have called me the "dog-whisperer", but I have an affinity with animals of all kinds. I have had several happy and sometimes spoiled dogs and cats of my own throughout my life, I am also the only person I know who never lost their hamster as a child. I love going on long walks and hikes, I even once had a cat who liked to go on walks with me. Dogs I have cared for in the past, have been known to miss me after they went home and were excited to see me again the next time. I am almost always available, very punctual, quite active, and I love having a furry four legged companion on a walk or a nice long hike. I am a full time student. My availability is generally open in the afternoon and evenings during the week, with full availability on the weekend. I like to follow instructions so a list is handy, I can take your pets on walks or hikes, and im very good at keepimg animals company and entertained.
Atlantic-University dog parents share their Rover experiences
Saoirse was excellent with my golden retriever. She helped us out last minute when I broke my leg, and braved a downpour for an hour with a very energetic dog. Cedar is used to several miles of walks a day (he’s a working dog) and desperately needed to stretch his legs. Thank you again!

Perfect. Abigail is deaf and calm, helping my boy to be calm too. Approached calmly, did not overexcite him, zero baby talk (even though my golden puppy really is heart meltingly cute.) Cedar absolutely loved her energy and wanted to go again with her when she brought him home. Arrived when expected. Clear communication. Recorded all 7 of my teenage dog’s pee stops and 3 poo breaks. Cedar says we must have her back again soon, and I agree!
