I live in the bottom unit of a duplex home and have full access to a fully fenced in yard. My upstairs neighbor has a dog, but doesn't use the yard with his dog and exits through a separate entrance. I'm a gardener, so your dog will always be supervised while playing in the yard. We live near trails and a park, so there is plenty of opportunity for enrichment on walks as well. I allow my dog on the sofa, but if this is not a habit you want your dog to pick up, I will follow those instructions. I have past experience giving oral medication, caring for senior dogs, puppies, and dogs in recovery from an injury.

About: Hey there! I've loved taking care of animals since I was a teenager, and I always enjoy having extra fur friends around. Since I work from home, I can give your pups plenty of attention and take them out for bathroom breaks throughout the day. Most days, I take the dogs for a walk at least once or twice, depending on the weather. On weekends, my girl, Lenny, and I love hitting up the nearby dog park to let off some steam and play with other neighborhood pups. I live in a cozy single-family home with my sweet girl, Lenny, an 8-year-old dachshund mix. Our backyard is fully fenced with a sturdy, recently built wooden fence, giving pups a safe space to run, play, and take bathroom breaks. While Lenny enjoys roaming freely when I’m away, I’m happy to adjust to whatever setup makes you and your pup most comfortable. I also have built-in dog gates on hand, perfect for managing those moments when things get a little extra playful! Additionally, I’m experienced with administering medications and providing any special care your pup may need during their stay.
