About: I have been loving and caring for animals since a very young age, when I was growing up my family would frequently foster and adopt all sort of different animal friends. I was blessed to own all sorts of special pets growing up including dogs, cats, rodents, and reptiles. My experience with animals opened me up to many different opportunities allowing me to care for local animals in our neighborhood. When I was 13 I started volunteering at local animal shelters and continued to do this through my college career. After college, I wanted to pursue a career where I could continue to follow my passion and love for animals. For the past four and a half years I have worked at one of the largest Animal Emergency and Specialty vet hospitals in the state of Tennessee. I am comfortable working with the needs of animals no matter their age or species. I also have experience working with reactive pets as well as animals with special medical needs. It is extremely important to me that I create a safe and loving environment for every creature big, small, young, and old. I have completely open availability right now, so I am adaptable to work around the schedule that works best for your pet's needs! I am also happy to work around any special medical needs/schedules. I believe that every animal is different and adapting to their individual personalities and needs is the key to creating a happy and safe environment for them. It is important to me to build a relationship of trust and understanding not only with your animal, but also with you as their best friend. I do prefer to do meet and greets before caring for any pet so that we can make sure that I am the best fit not only for them, but also for you as their owner. I will then work to seek to understand your animal and their personality and tailor their care to those specific needs.

“I would recommend Lauryn to care for your pets, she is a confident and knowledgeable. She is a good communicator. I will use her again.”

I have the entire house to myself for the summer, so there will be lots of space for pets.

I also have about 9 months of professional animal care experience, with six of those months working for a animal hospital as a kennel technician, and the other three helping take care of horses. I am a college student on summer break, and I don't work, so I can spend as much time necessary to make sure your pets are well looked after. I make sure to follow all instructions to make sure pets are cared for like you never left. I also know how nerve racking it can be to leave your pet, so I make sure to report if anything out of the ordinary come up.

About: I just graduated from Clemson with a degree in Animal and Veterinary Sciences and will be attending vet school this coming fall! I currently work as a veterinary assistant/technician at a local animal hospital full-time! I am looking for ways to earn money while still including my passion and love for animals. My first job in a veterinarians office was when I was 16, and I have had all kinds of animals my whole life, so I am open to watching any pet you may have! Currently, I have two bunnies named Charlie and Cashew with me at school, but have 4 "family dogs" back at home (I still consider them mine, lol). My family and friends have always reached out to me when they need pet care, so I have quite a bit of experience. :) I will be in Clemson this spring and summer while working but that still leaves me plenty of time to offer your pets the best care possible! Sadly, I can't have a dog in my apartment but would love to take care of yours! I can only work with dogs that can go a few hours without supervision, as I do work full time during the week. I am free during the weekend to spend all the time possible with your pet! I have a ton of experience with free roam animals, crate trained animals, and animals in small and large spaces! Not only do I work as a veterinary assistant, but I have also worked at a rescue with multiple dogs that had to be trained, played with, and loved! I believe my work experience and college courses greatly assist me in making sure that your pets are healthy and safe.

About: Dogs have always held a piece of my heart! I’m currently training a 5 month old puppy to be a service dog for the blind, which has taught me a lot about patience, structure and really tuning in to what dogs need. I’ve also had two dogs growing up, so I know how to give them lots of love and care at every stage in life. Whether your pup is young and playful or a sweet senior, I’ll treat them like part of the family and keep them happy while you’re away! I am a student at Clemson University, and am looking for opportunities during my school day to hang out with your fur baby! I have a decent amount of time between classes to go and help out! I have a 7 month black lab who loves socializing with other dogs. She sleeps in her crate and loves hanging out outside when it’s not too hot out. She gets let out approximately every 2 hours and loves to cuddle!

About: I have a blue doberman who is little over 5 years old and I take care of her on a regular basis. I used to take her to a training facility once a week for two years so she can learn how to walk properly and behave without a leash. I have walked dogs since I was a kid and love any dogs no matter how big or small. I’m very patient and truly care about each dog I encounter. I love playing ball with dogs or even running them around the block. I currently am a babysitter but usually only on the weekends so my weekdays are mostly free depending what I have planned each day. Dog walking can be easily put into my schedule I personally have a gated backyard where I let my dog out to play and go to the bathroom. I’m comfortable with off leash as long as the area is blocked off depending if your dog is trained off leash or not.

About: I have been a pet lover since birth. Throughout my life, I had lived with dogs, cats, birds, hamsters, snakes and even a pet skunk. I have been fortunate enough to have had the opportunity to assist and care for injured and rehabilitated raptors, spent several years as a foster mom for orphaned bats, and assisted in researching black bears. I currently live with three sweetie pie pups, a 9 and 6 year old golden retrievers, Deal and Bear and a 7 year old mixed rescue named Carly. I am available to come to your home and walk, run, feed, water, cuddle, and play with your animal(s). Your pets will love me and I will love them back. I am currently working from my home, so I have plenty of availability for whatever and whenever you need someone to help out with your home and pets. I will keep a watchful eye out for your animals and send frequent photos and updates to you while your babies are under my care.
