Dog Sitting in Clemson

About: I've run a dog rescue that placed 1000+ dogs in new homes in 3 years, worked as a live-in animal care taker at a dog and cat boarding facility, and trained several service dogs for a national service dog organization. I've had dogs and cats of my own for over 20 years, and am often the person's friends and family call when they have a dog/cat question instead of google. I've seen and done it all, which means I know how to manage a wide variety of dogs and cats (and more) with all their personalities and quirks. I work full time, but with pretty flexible hours with enough heads-up. I have dogs and cats of my own, so I already have an easy routine of caring for them and it's quite easy to add another. I move my work schedule around to maximize the best times for hikes/outside time for the dogs depending on the weather. I try to take at least one of my dogs for hikes at the Clemson Experimental Forest 2-3x a week. I have a fenced yard with a small (fully enclosed and secure) chicken run. Any visiting dogs would have supervised time to play in the yard or the fenced back deck several times a day. I have 3 friendly dogs who would love to play or just hang out, or can be kept fully separate from any visitor if the visitor needs their space. They are used to mixing or staying separate from any visiting dogs/cats. I also have two cats who are dog friendly, or remain completely upstairs to themselves if any visitors aren't cat friendly. Visiting pets are setup in my home office with a crate of their own (if needed), plenty of windows, and room to play or bed to nap on.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been lucky to be around many different pets throughout my life. I also volunteered at an animal shelter, which taught me so much about caring for pets with all kinds of temperaments. I’m patient, gentle, and always excited to spend time with any furry friend. About: I have been caring for dogs, cats, horses, and hamsters since I was 10 years old. I can take dogs out for potty breaks, walks, and feed them on their regular schedule. If it’s best for them, I can also settle them back into their crate when I leave. About: I have a Bachelor's degree in Zoology, and Associates degree in Science and have cared for other peoples pets since I was 17 (August, 3 2026 I'll be 22) besides caring for my parents dogs and cats. I have expireance with special care needs like diabetic pets who need to be given insulin shots, elderly dogs with oral pills they would rather not take, and bouncing puppies who need to let out alot of energy. I also have owned many animals since I was little with minimal parental help. These animals include dogs, cats, snakes, mice, rats, fish, birds, spiders, and frogs. I have experience in highschool vet care and college lab and field experience in herpetology, ornithology, and ictheology. Your fur babies will love spending their time with me when you can't be there. I just graduated college and would love to make money doing somthing I'm good at; careing for animals. Since I just graduated and don't have another job currently I'm free at most times and would love to be of service to you. I will give my undivided attention to make sure your animal is happy and well cared for. I can take your dog to the dog park, and if you want I can bring my dog over for them to play. Dog/cat's needs and feed schedules can be precise. When I was caring for my aunts Diabetic cat I had to feed half of a 1/4 cup give him his insulin shot then feed the other half, this had to happen at 6am and 6pm exactly. The shot had to go into his opposite hip every time (left morning, right afternoon). I hope to offer your pet similarly the best care imaginable.

About: I have grown up taking care of dogs as I’ve had multiple dogs in my home at once. I began dog sitting at 14 for a variety of different dog sizes and breeds, and I have found such a love in being able to do so! I am currently home for the summer, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be there for any and all pet care needs! I have a large chocolate lab and two cats at home. Our dog stays inside with us most of the time, but he enjoys his time outside and his daily walks. We live on lots of land, so our cats wander through the day, but sleep in the garage at home. Although this is how I take care of my own animals, I will accommodate to however the pet owner normally cares for their animals!

About: Hello, My name is Tracey and I have grown up with pets my whole life. We had cats in my house as early as I can remember and I have always had a soft spot for them. When I was young I actually used to be a bit afraid of dogs until my two siblings begged and begged my mom to her wits end. She told me to pluck up and a few days later we came home with a sweet old black Pomeranian. Basil and I bonded like no other. From then I always helped pet care for my own family and for our neighbors. As well, one my siblings forayed into less common pet ownership, where I got to learn the basics of care for Guinea pigs, rats, lizards (hers had scoliosis), and even small snakes! Currently, I have one pet of my own - a sweet little three-legged cat who can charm his way into anyone’s heart. I have a lot of love to give for animals and want to help care for your pet like I hope someone would care for mine while I am gone! I am available any time of the day, any day of the week to help take care of your precious furry family! I have car for reliable transportation and can drive to any location for the job opportunity open. Currently I have an indoor cat and he does not go outside but has a litter box and more than enough toys to make him happy. With dogs I make sure that they are harness or on a lead before we go outside since I do not have a closed in front yard. If the pet I am sitting lives in a space with a fenced in yard I would let them out at the owners permission and make sure they were supervised. I also make sure not to let pets eat human food as many things are harmful and/or then could have allergies.

About: I've had tons of pets my entire life and pet sat a dog since he was a puppy for about 2 years. I have also watched cats over summer break. I also love exotic pets and currently have a crab I am currently a student so would need to work around my classes Tuesdays are my most busy day so we would need to plan around that. About: As a lifelong pet owner, I've cared for countless animals, including those with additional needs. I am comfortable with puppies, senior dogs, and pups who need medication administration. I have volunteered at my local animal shelter everywhere I have lived, giving me lots of experience in quickly getting acquainted with new pups and making friends with them. As a full-time student, I am always happy to have a pet to play with after my lectures. Having a happy furry friend to look forward to makes long days on campus much more bearable. Because of my class schedule, my availability varies day by day, but I have a minimum of 30 minutes each day to visit with pets! While visiting with your pet, I aim to ensure the safety of your pet and your home. I will follow all specific instructions (crating, doggy gates, etc.) and work tirelessly to keep your animal happy during my visit.
