I’ve cared for a variety of pets over the years, including two sweet senior dogs and a cat, and I’ve loved every moment of it. I have volunteered at a local animal shelter near Clemson where I took dogs out on “doggy daycations” — long walks, fresh air, and of course pup cups to make their day extra special. I also grew up helping care for my family’s Australian Labradoodle, so I’m comfortable with everything from energetic playtime to gentle, patient care. Whether your pet wants adventure, affection, or a calm companion, I’m here to make them feel safe, loved, and happy.

I always prioritize safety and comfort. I have hands‑on experience walking untrained shelter dogs outdoors, so I’m confident handling pups who may pull, get excited, or need a little extra patience. I’m gentle, calm, and loving with both dogs and cats, and I make sure every animal feels secure and respected in my care. Whether we’re out exploring or relaxing at home, I create a safe, positive environment where pets can be themselves and feel completely at ease.

Laura was extremely helpful, professional and cared for our sweet boy, Duke, with ease and no issues. She was caring, gave us informative updates and sent many pictures so we knew exactly how Duke was doing while we were away for work travel. This was the first time that Duke spent a couple of nights at home by himself so Laura made sure to arrive in the mornings earlier than her scheduled time to ensure Duke never felt forgotten. We highly recommend Laura and would book her over and over again!

Laura has taken care of our 2 senior dogs and cat for the last 2 years. She is responsible, follows instructions left for her, and sends updates with pictures (which fills my pet mom heart!). My pets love her and get excited every time they see her! I highly recommend her for pet care & will continue to use her when possible.

Schedule
I have a very light semester at Clemson this year, which means I’ll have plenty of downtime and a flexible schedule for pet care. Whether you need regular walks, drop‑ins, or last‑minute help, I’ll be around and available. I love spending my free time outside anyway, so your pets will get lots of attention, fresh air, and fun while you’re away.
