I got our return time home wrong and he went out of his way to come and check on the dogs until we got home. Through our vacation he checked in several times a day to let us know how things were going...as long as he can dogsit I will be so much more comfortable going on vacations knowing my dogs are in THE Best hands!! About: I have had dogs my entire life. As a child we always had dogs and as an adult I have always owned a dog. I pet sit friend's and family's dogs. I have always been successful with house training and training dogs to stay off of furniture etc. Living with and loving dogs, I find, is the best kind of therapy. About: I have had dogs my entire life ever since i was born. i treat my own 3 as if they are my actual babies (i mean they are!) I am so excited to be taking care of your baby soon. I am home from my first class around 11:30 am, my second around 5 pm and can get to you pretty quick depending on how far you live. feed them on schedule, provide fresh water, give exercise and playtime, clean up after them, and offer comfort and attention. Always follow the client’s specific instructions.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
