I do this full-time, so I’m available to dog and cat sit, dog walk, and drop in any day of the week that I’m needed. Although I do try to keep my Sundays less busy than my other days if possible.

I’m not available to keep dogs in my own home, but I’m more than happy to go to clients homes and take care of your animals there. I will respect your home and leave it better than I found it.

(I will not care for an animal until I can meet it beforehand and ensure it is okay with me walking it or me coming and going.) I will need to know about your animals temperament, are they friendly to strangers? Protective of you and your home? Are they known to bite? Aggressive to people or pets? The more details prior to meeting your animal is best, especially for my safety. Please be honest in this area before the meet and greet. I do not take care of animals that are aggressive, protective, territorial, or known to bite. Also, I’ll need to know of any special needs your animal has or special requests you may have, medications? Only filtered water? Etc.
A typical day
I can play with your dog with any toys they have, play in the backyard with them, and take them on walks around your neighborhood. If they are an older dog I can sit and relax with them and keep them company.

Pet care experience
I worked at a dog/cat boarding place for 5 years where I fed, walked, bathed, did nails, cleaned kennels, and monitored dogs in day camp. I’ve also dog/cat sat for the past 8 years and have many loyal clients that won’t ask anyone else to watch their animals but me. I’ve always had an animal growing up, so I definitely have a soft spot to dogs and cats and enjoy making them feel loved and well taken care of.
