About: Hey! I’m Hunter! I’ve always loved animals, and I’ve spent the last 3 years working at a humane society, as well as some time working at a doggy daycare. So I’ve gotten to meet (and clean up after) just about every kind of dog/cat personality. I’m pretty laid-back, reliable, and I genuinely enjoy hanging out with animals. Whether your dog wants to run around and play, go for a walk, or just chill on the couch, I’m happy to do whatever they’re comfortable with. I know how hard it can be to leave your pets with someone, so I’ll treat them like they’re my own and keep you updated while you’re away! 🐶🐱 I have completely open availability. I am able to work with any schedule. Whatever your pet needs, I can provide it. I enjoy making animals my priority! I want every pet to feel comfortable and safe while they’re with me. I’ll take the time to get to know their personality, routine, and any specific needs before I start caring for them. I’m also happy to follow your usual routines as closely as possible, whether that means walks, feeding schedules, medications, playtime, or just giving them some extra attention.

Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I’ll treat your pet like my own—providing plenty of attention, belly rubs, and fun! With a strong focus on safety and comfort, I aim to make every pet feel at home while giving you peace of mind. I’d love to meet your pup and help with your pet care needs! I currently work remote with a flexible work schedule. I do have some zoom meetings at varying times throughout the day but are easily worked around to care for your pet. If watching a pet at your house I will abide by any rules you may have. If your pet comes to stay with me then they have freedom to roam the house and am willing to bring toys and treats if needed!

“Payton is my go-to walker when we need someone for our dog! She is always on time, quick to respond, and goes the extra mile to write a note and take cute pictures. We really appreciate it!!”

“Ella did a great job walking both our dogs while we were away for vacation. We received pictures daily that assured us our pups were not just being walked but also loved on.”

About: I have always had a special connection with dogs of all sorts. I am a super friendly person and animals make me happy. I will treat your dog as my own and make sure when he or she is in my care has the best experience possible. I am currently in Real Estate and looking for a side gig and this seems absolutely perfect. I live downtown with a huge backyard and have extensive knowledge about the area. I grew up with a cocker spaniel and fell in love immediately (although I definitely do not discriminate) I am planning on getting a dog soon, just haven't had the opportunity quite yet but I look forward to meeting your pup! Hopefully I will see you soon!
About: I have a husky who is my child. I love to play with him in the yard and take him to the dog park. I have always gotten along great with animals. They have always been first in my life because they put such a big smile on my face. I have always enjoyed pet sitting because I know how much they miss their owners. I just hope I can be the next best thing and make their stay-cation as stressful and as fun as possible. When the owner leaves dogs don't know if you are coming back or not . I think pet-sitting is such a wonderful idea for them to have. I am currently not working have a lot of free time on my plate so I am very flexible with scheduling. I will work with what’s best for the client. I do have a husky who is very friendly but I would prefer to do drop by visits . I am very flexible to the situation.

About: I’m a dedicated dog mom to an Aussiedoodle and prioritize my dog’s health, exercise, and training every day. We stay active together getting 10-12k steps a day, keep up with daily routines like dental care, and focus on healthy treats and positive habits. I’ve taken training classes and enjoy learning modern, science based training methods to better understand animal behavior. I’ve raised my dog since he was 8 weeks old, so I’m very familiar with puppy development, training consistency, and maintaining a structured routine. Growing up, I also cared for a variety of animals of all ages, which helped me appreciate the unique personality every pet has. I believe no animal is “bad” each one simply has their own quirks and communication style. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, understood, and comfortable while their owner is away. I integrate pet care into my daily routine several times throughout the day by walking, running, and training my dog. I also brush his teeth, prepare fresh meals and healthy treats, and conduct regular training sessions both alone and with people. I maintain a consistent schedule so pets in my care can expect structured exercise, attention, and enrichment throughout the day. I always follow each pet’s boundaries and the owner’s rules to ensure they feel safe and comfortable. I check in with the owner to see if there’s anything extra they’d like me to provide and make sure their instructions are fully implemented. I also give a “report card” after each visit, updating the owner on their pet’s behavior, activity, and overall wellbeing, so they know their furry friend is happy, safe, and cared for.

I’m currently available for dog walks and morning, midday, and/or night check-ins. I’m currently an online student and studying for the CPA Exam, so my days are incredibly flexible! I am available to work around your schedule, so just let me know what your pet needs! I have experience with feeding, walking, administering medication and more! I am great with following routines so whatever is typical for your walks or their feeding schedule is something I can accommodate.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
