Whether you need drop-in visits, walks, or overnight care, I’ll treat your pet like my own—providing plenty of attention, belly rubs, and fun! With a strong focus on safety and comfort, I aim to make every pet feel at home while giving you peace of mind. I’d love to meet your pup and help with your pet care needs! About: Hey there, we’re Ryan & Amber! We’re excited you’re here, and understand that finding the right care for your furry best friend isn’t always easy or accessible. We believe every pet is unique and that they deserve to be treated as a part of our family while in our care. We have a four month old mixed breed pup of our own who is super sweet and playful and loves running around the yard with other doggos We have a ten month old and (almost) three year old who absolutely love dogs and are ready to give lots of pets. We love being active outdoors and look forward to long walks or running around and playing fetch. We live in a single story home with a large fenced in back yard. We love all dogs and can't wait to meet your pup and show them the same love that you give them on a daily basis. Amber works remotely from home and Ryan works outside of the house 4 days/ week. With our flexible schedules you won’t have to worry about your pet being alone for long and they’ll receive plenty of love and attention throughout the day. We have a large fenced yard for lots of play and a view of the pond where your pup can watch all of the birds land and take off. We will provide plenty of pets and snuggles to make them feel right at home. Walks during the day are a common part of our existing routines.
About: I I have grown up around animals, with my family having 5 dog, 2 cats, and hamsters at one point in time! I am open to caring for pets of all kinds. I have loved all of my furry critters, and enjoy meeting and caring for all of my friends pets as well. I graduated from Clemson University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Animal and Veterinary Sciences. I continued my education with a Masters of Science in Biomedical Sciences from MUSC. I have a very diverse experience with different breeds of both dogs and cats, and spent many years from high school to now pet sitting. I have a wide knowledge of different types of animals and their behavior from my diverse education. I am currently looking for work between graduating MUSC and starting my new job! Right now I have a wide range of available hours, and would love to work out something that fits in your schedule. I currently have my own space, with the availability to walk your dogs around my complex, or I can come to you if that works better. I am able to take the animals to the park, with a big enough car to transport them.
“Thanks! Jack and I did a beach walk yesterday and he’s been a bit tired from it. So thank you for accompanying him while he ate and for letting me know about his fatigue. Thanks again for being with Jim while I’m at work.”
About: For the vast majority of my life, I have been working with animals, starting out volunteering at a dog shelter before I was of age to be employed while I was in highschool. Since then, I've worked with animals every chance the opportunity arises, making use of my affinity with my favorite clients: dogs. This lead me to work for a mobile veterinary clinic, assessing and assisting in providing medical services for dogs as well as other various pets, and was followed by employment taking care of a variety of animals once again at U.S.C. But, finally I decided to fully commit myself to our best friends, dogs, by becoming a Wag walker. In my time at Wag, a service I still offer, I've had the opportunity to work with dogs of all ages, energy levels, and backgrounds from selectively bred puppies to rescues who need a warmer touch for their special needs. It is one of my greatest joys in life to get to meet and befriend these beautiful creatures, and as such, I am devoted to offering the highest quality service of which I am capable, smiling all the while. To me, there could be nothing more fulfilling. I have a near completely open schedule most days and love spending my days caring for and providing love and attention for all kinds of furry friends While I'm currently unable to keep animals in my own home for the most part, I love being able to adapt to each pets independent needs and give both your and your pets the best possible experience!

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
