As a homeschool mom, my schedule is fairly flexible. I have several established clients and do ask for some wiggle room with drop-in times when possible (especially around holidays). If you are seeking an exact time for your pets needs, please specify that in your initial request so I can make it happen. My kids may occasionally tag along for appropriate visits, they’ve grown up around animals and know how to be gentle and respectful.

I prefer dogs staying in my home to be crate trained. They’re welcome to sleep in bed with me overnight if they prefer but need to be comfortable with crating when I need to leave the house. I do offer constant care for an additional fee.

If your pet loves long walks, snuggles, and a sitter who’s not afraid to get a little muddy or silly on the floor, we’ll get along perfectly.

Hi, I’m Stephanie! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life. I grew up on a small farm and have worked in doggy daycares, grooming facilities and as a pet sitter/dog walker over the years. Caring for animals just comes naturally to me, and I honestly can’t imagine life without them. One thing I’ve always been told (and found to be true!) is that I have a special way with shy or nervous pets. I’m patient, gentle, and give them the space they need to feel safe. Before long, they usually realize I’m a friend they can trust.

This was my first time ever hiring a pet sitter, and she made it such a great experience! She took amazing care of my cat, gave her treats, played with her and made sure she was well cared for! I really appreciated the detailed updates after each visit and all the pictures she sent of HK playing, getting treats, and spending time with her — it gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. HK warmed up to her so quickly and I would absolutely love to have her watch HK again in the future! I highly recommend 😻
