They have also been really flexible with pick up and drop off and even dropped Collins off at our house one time when we couldn't be there to pick her up. Ashley has taken care of my dog, Gretel, twice now. This last trip was for a whole week. Gretel comes home happy and is well cared for while she is with Ashley. Ashley is very flexible with pick up and drop off times as needed due to travel delays. Definitely recommend her to others and will continue to use her for my pets in the future.
This was our first time trying Rover so we were a bit nervous prior to booking. But, we are SO thankful we found Maxine! She was kind enough to do a brief Meet and Greet beforehand. Milo had the best time staying with Maxine. She took such good care of him and sent us updates and photos.
Ashley has been absolutely amazing with our two Dobermans! 🐾❤️ We have a 6 and an 10 year old Dobermans and both are very needy and require plenty of exercise and attention. This was our 4th stay with her, and she has been incredible every single time. I always receive lots of pictures and videos, which gives me so much peace of mind while we’re away. Most importantly, I genuinely feel comfortable and confident leaving our dogs in her care. She treats them with so much love and attention, and I know they’re in great hands. Van took exceptional care of my dog, Ren, while I was away on a two-week trip to Japan. Being so far from home, it gave me incredible peace of mind knowing Ren was in such caring and capable hands. She took such great care of my dog who’s mind you not neutered and 1.5 years old crazy golden retriever; she was along with her family incredibly attentive throughout. She was absolutely amazing! She checked in regularly with texts and videos and made me feel super comfortable and secure. My little guy (he’s 2 1/2 yrs old) gets super anxious and nervous when I leave him but she was patient and gentle with him that a few days in he was back to his normal cheeky self.
