“Maria was wonderful! She visited my home the night before our trip to meet my pets and learn a few things, which made me much more at ease about leaving for a week. She cared for my dog and cat, checked on my outdoor cats, and handled small tasks I hadn't considered, such as adjusting the house temperature when the outside temperature dropped significantly and then rose again. Thanks to her, I could relax and enjoy my trip, confident that my home was in good hands. I will definitely request to book Maria again when the need arises!”

About: I cared for my senior dog while alive and volunteered at a shelter, playing with dogs, maintaining feeding schedules, and returning them to kennels timely. I currently have an open schedule, as I recently graduated from High School. I am able to accommodate all feeding/exercise routines. I can be available for your pet 24 hours a day. Pets are allowed to free roam inside and out as needed. I can also crate you pet as requested. My backyard is fenced for protection. There is a nearby park for frequent walks.

About: Hello, my name is Sherri. I am a mom of six, Nonna to three grandbabies, and a mom to two fur babies: a Bassdore (Basset hound/Lab mix) named Abbey and a tabby named Birdie. Although I am new to pet sitting, I have cared for dogs (mostly) and cats throughout my life. As adults, my late husband and I have owned numerous breeds of dogs, from Chihuahuas and German Shepherds to Siberian Huskies, an Akita, and several mixed breeds. I also frequently look after my daughter's three dogs when she goes out of town. I've used Rover and other pet sitting services many times when I travel, so I understand how reassuring it is to know your pets are well cared for while you’re away. I am available for Drop-In Visits and Boarding. My kids (still at home), ages 9 and 18, love all animals, so your fur baby will never lack attention! I am currently not working, so I have some flexibility. I do have to take my high schooler to school and pick him up from after-school activities, and I have to be home to put my 3rd grader, who is special needs, on the bus and be home in the afternoon to get him off the bus. For Boarding: I have a spacious fenced yard with a covered patio. My Basset Hound Lab mix, Abbey, enjoys playdates. If your pet prefers solitude, I can close off the living room and dining/kitchen area to keep them separated. My boys, who are still at home, are 9 and 18, and they will give lots of love and attention. For drop-in visits, I am happy to provide any necessary care and handle extra tasks such as watering plants, retrieving the mail, or taking out the trash. However, I cannot do walks due to a wonky knee, which limits my walking distance.

About: I’ve always taken care of dogs since I was little , me and my daughter love dogs and looking for something to keep us busy during the week I’m a stay at home mom so I have an open schedule. I’m home all day everyday and we always go to the park .. so this works perfect for me I have a fenced back yard , also have 2 dogs that they can play with but both have cages and can be put away anytime as needed .

About: I've taken care of both dogs and cats and have owned both! Pet sitting isn't just a job for me, it brings me joy! I've been around animals all my life and I am also bilingual! I work part time only 8am to 1pm so I am fully available after that! On Saturdays I work 9-3! I'd love to fit in pet care anywhere after! I care for my 2 cats with constant love, attention, play time and stimulation! They are very well loved! I have also taken care of my family dog for almost my entire life! About: I've been a foster carer for various greyhound organizations here (ATX and DFW) and in Australia. I get the hounds that are cat safe and get them used to living with cats. I'm always fostering, which is why I cannot take in more dogs for sitting, but I can do pop-ins. Before I fostered greyhounds, I used to petsit for friends' parents. I love to scritch ears, make up stupid songs for them, and play on the floor. My current pack consists of two sighthound mixes and two middle-management cats. Am I Katy or Mary? Both. The joy of going by either the first name or the nickname. You can call me Katy. The IRS can keep calling me Mary ... and please, if you're from IRS, don't call me. I am currently working from home and would love the excuse to get out and walk or, when it's really too hot, engage in play in the backyard. I am mindful of the various personalities I could encounter. I understand that not all pets want to play. Some want to chill and know that you're there. Others need to get that energy out. When doing pop ins, I would be mindful of what their humans say.
