Makayla W.

“Makayla was incredible with my babies. I have a dog that takes a while to get used to people and she ended up loving Makayla! She also had medical issues that were handled by Makayla so well. My other 2 loved her from the start! I got daily pictures and updates as well which I loved!! I will definitely ask Makayla to watch my pets again. She was amazing!”

Guenivere P.

“Guenivere is amazing with my large dogs and sassy cat! They were very patient with Molly, who is a special needs/anxious dog and can be a bit of a challenge especially at mealtimes. I will for sure be booking them again going forward as our go-to dog/cat sitter!”

Matthew G.

“Matthew came and stayed with my senior dog and cat. They both loved him! I got loads of pictures and had a strong sense of comfort that the pets were being well cared for! He is great!”

Dana A.
“Dana is fantastic with animals! she has watched my cat several times while I've been out of town. She is always responsive and proactive when it comes to the care of other peoples animals. I would definitely recommend her, Plus her prices are pretty great!”

Susan H.
“Susan was AMAZING!!!”

Kathryn J.

“Katie was awesome! The dogs loved her and the house was spotless when we returned. She sent tons of pictures and gave us regular updates. Definitely gave us peace of mind knowing they were well taken care of. Our bulldog usually gets a very very upset tummy when we leave him too long because he gets stressed out. So bad that he gets pancreatitis sometimes. He was perfectly happy and healthy when we got home. When our AC went out she was happy to help move dogs around to cooler places and let the repair people in to fix everything. We can’t wait to book with her again!”

Hannah A.

“Hannah was fantastic!! Our blue heeler is very timid around any person and immediately felt relaxed with Hannah. Our beagle is still a puppy learning and I felt confident with Hannah that she would handle Penny professionalism and care. Overall, I wish we could have Hannah all the time with the dogs and I know they do too!!”

Kathy & Jeremy G.

“We should a short weekend dog/house sitting with Kathy and Jeremy ahead of a longer trip in a few weeks. Had a great experience! Our dog usually takes time to warm up to new people but she seemed she got comfortable very quickly (came over with toys and wagged her tail). They were very responsive to messages and proactively sent picture/video updates to let us know how our girl was doing. They were also very respectful of the house - when we returned everything was exactly as we had left it, and it was clear that they cleaned up after themselves. Can't wait to have them sit for our dog again! We feel so thrilled that we finally found someone who we can trust with our dog/house when we go on trips!”

About: I have been a veterinary assistant for two years now. I am comfortable administering medication, providing generous physical exercise for pets and ensuring daily mental stimulation. I am fear free certified and am comfortable dealing with pets with anxiety. I am also CPR trained and know the proper measures in case of an emergent situation. Growing up I had a handful of animals, from small and large dogs to a variety of exotics. I’ve always been someone who continuously does research to grow as a pet owner and give my pets the best life they can have. I’ve done a lot of foster work as well as adoption so I know how hard but how rewarding it is to gain the trust of an animal. I hope I can be that person for your pet as well! Pet care is something I do everyday in a medical setting. I treat all animals like I would my own and go above and beyond to ensure they are comfortable. I am comfortable following your pets everyday routine and will always communicate any issues I may have. For example, getting pet in a crate or taking them for a walk. I want to follow your pets daily schedule as well as uphold your expectations to the best of my ability without adding additional stress or anxiety to your pets wellbeing.

Roua H.

“I was so happy and comfortable leaving Annie with Roua. She sent me pictures and updates on Annie everyday. Annie was happy when I returned home, she wasn't stressed out or anxious. I would definitely recommend Roua to anyone and I will for sure use her again.”

Anahi R.

“Anahi is awesome! I felt very comfortable with her taking care of my house and fur babies. She kept me updated with pictures and messages the entire stay.”

Kinsleigh S.

“Kinsleigh was an awesome dog/house sitter!! We were out of town for an extra long weekend and our little dog doesn’t do well in traditional boarding so it was so nice to have Kinsleigh available to stay at our home with him. We received several updates throughout our time away which we loved. When we got home we found a happy and healthy dog and our house was just as we left it! We will definitely reach out to Kinsleigh again in the future to watch Max! Thank you!!”

Duyen L.

“Duyen was fantastic to work with! As first time Rover clients, she made us feel very comfortable leaving our two big dogs and cat in safe and capable hands. We will definitely book with Duyen again in the future!”

About: I've had 5+ years experience sitting for families and friends. I've worked with multiple pets (dogs, rabbits, fish, hermit crabs, and cats - though I am allergic and can't provide those services anymore). I always aim to leave your home better than you left it. I want you to feel like your home and pet(s) are getting the attention needed so you can enjoy your time away in peace. I usually provide a status update a few 2-3 times during the week, but can do more if you (or your kiddos) ask! I currently work full time, but have the flexibility to work from home twice a week. If your pup needs a lunchtime visit, I might not be your girl. I'm home most nights, so we can play and go on walks. If you need me for a weekend, I'm usually around the house at least half the day or more, if my schedule has conflicts that would take me away longer than normal, I'll let you know up front so you can make the best decision for your needs. I want to care for your home and pets how you want them cared for! I can water plants, bring in mail, make sure your pool is circulating (thanks, dad!), etc. I don't have any pets, so this is my outlet to get my puppy fix and help you out at the same time. :)

Ginny F.

“Ginny took excellent care of our dog during a day trip. Our pup is a very large German Shepherd mix and is clingy and does not like to be left alone. Ginny did everything to keep him entertained and busy while we were gone and she sent us lots of photos and updates during the day. She even uses a tracker when walking so that in the unlikely event he were to get loose, we’d have a way to find him quickly. She wasn’t afraid of his big dog energy or his constant shedding. We look forward to having Ginny watch Nacho again!”

Laura H.

“Laura is amazing!! She took great care of my pup. She sent pics and communicated with me daily on how he was doing. She followed his routine and left my place as I left it. Phenomenal overall!! I’ll be booking with her again!”

Nancy J.

“Nancy was an amazing pet/overnight home sitter and we are so glad to have connected with her! We have quite a complicated crew with a dog, cat, backyard chickens and a few other small kid pets, and she managed it all so well! She was kind, compassionate, thorough and professional. She sent pictures and updated us frequently. It was so comforting knowing she was here at our home and the animals had everything they needed. We are big Nancy fans!”

Cesar V.
“I have an older 8 year old Lab with some joint pain. Cesar is great at keeping her stimulated and active while being aware of her limitations due to her age/joints. He is gentle with her while walking her while also keeping a tight leash on her. She’s a 90 pound dog who will immediately try to run off if she sees a squirrel but Cesar is a strong man that isn’t phased by that and keeps her in check. Highly recommend if you have a larger dog and are concerned with either their weight or their age.”

About: I am a loving, active, and engaging guy with an equally amazing 11 year old son. Between the two of us we have almost 30 years of experience caring for dogs. I have cared for both bottle fed new born puppies and senior dogs that can barely walk. Our son has been helping care for and train our dogs since he could walk. I was an apprentice for two years for a gentleman who training pointers and retriever hunting dogs. My passion went as far as studying animal behavior for two years of my undergraduate degree and it has remained a personal interest even though my life has went in several different directions. Your precious pooch will have a great time and will be well taken care of at our home. I am currently working from home studying for the LSAT and am delighted to have pups come and help me study (aka snore at my feet while I study). We have a 7 year old border collie that loves to meet and play with other dogs. We do daily obedience training and frequently do agility training at our community dog park. We have a big fully fenced backyard for the pups to run and play and be dogs with a basket full of toys to play with. Inside we have two more baskets full of toys to chew on, chase, or tug.
