I appreciate that they have a dog-friendly home and only take one client at a time, so my small fur-baby got the attention she needed and didn't get knocked over by larger/bouncier pets. The daily videos/photos they sent were delightful and reassuring... especially since I had to leave her for an extended period. Seeing how happy and loved-on she was vs. constantly crated (like some boarding facilities), made me feel so much better!”

“This was my first time I used Rover. I had to go out of town for a few days. Prior to leaving my Dog Dusty with Min, I took him over so she could meet him. When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. I felt comfortable and knew my dog would be in good hands. While I was away, Min kept me informed several times a day about his eating and potty time. She gave him his medication daily and sent me Videos of Dusty playing with other dogs. Min did a great job caring for my dog. I will definitely be using her services in the near future!”

“What impresses me most is that I have two very different types of dogs, and Stephanie has the skills and flexibility to handle them both. Clarity is an elderly, fragile little lap dog who needs a lot of sensitive care and attention. Stephanie listened carefully to her needs and provided her exceptional care. The other dog, Bubba, is tough, strong, highly independent, energetic, and intense, with a prey drive; he loves to play with toys and run fast. Stephanie regularly sent me photos and updates of the fun times he was having in the yard—for example, or of Clarity getting comfy in various spots in her home. Also, I appreciated that on short notice, Stephanie came right over and picked up my dogs. She also dropped them off for me, too, as I requested, so they’d be here to greet me when I arrived home. Our Morkie, Lily, spent last week with Karina and her family. It was a good experience for all of us. We really appreciated the daily pictures of Lily and got a big kick out of the video of Karina’s Mom singing to Lily. Karina provides a safe and caring environment for her temporary guest and we will definitely consider her in the future.
Our pups LOVED their stay with Matthew! He sent tons of updates and pictures of our babies and they looked content and happy the whole time. He was thorough and followed any and all routines/instructions we let him know about with our dogs! We’ve already booked their next stay! So glad we found d him after moving from Wylie to Dallas!
Jennifer was absolutely wonderful with Luna and Bruce! Bruce has historically been a tough one with sitters — he gets anxious and can be hesitant to warm up — but Jennifer's patience and calm approach made all the difference. She used a slip lead to ease him into bathroom breaks, gave us consistent updates, and within just a day or two he was completely off the slip lead and settling in comfortably. That kind of attentiveness is rare and we are so grateful. Luna did great too, and Jennifer kept a close eye on both of them, noticing the little things like Luna's drool (nerves) and adjusting feeding arrangements so Luna would actually finish her meals. She also accommodated some last-minute changes when our flight got cancelled without any hesitation. On top of all that, Jennifer sent so many photos throughout the stay — it genuinely put our minds at ease while we were traveling. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We will absolutely be booking with Jennifer again. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with anxious or shy dogs!
I had an excellent experience with her as a dog sitter. She took such great care of my dog who’s mind you not neutered and 1.5 years old crazy golden retriever; she was along with her family incredibly attentive throughout. I really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and messages; it gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and my Zoro was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.
Anna was an absolutely wonderful host. She was punctual, incredibly friendly, and an excellent communicator. Her genuine love for dogs shines through in everything she does. Throughout the stay, she checked in with me regularly and sent multiple photos of Jasper playing and socializing. I highly recommend Anna for any of your dog walking or boarding needs!
She was absolutely amazing! She checked in regularly with texts and videos and made me feel super comfortable and secure. My little guy (he’s 2 1/2 yrs old) gets super anxious and nervous when I leave him but she was patient and gentle with him that a few days in he was back to his normal cheeky self. Absolutely recommend and would come back to her anytime!
I recently moved to Dallas for work and didn’t know anyone here, so I took a chance and booked with Deneisha through Rover, and I’m so glad I did. She’s amazing with my dog, and he gets so excited every time he goes to her place. Her communication is great.
