“i am SO picky when it comes to leaving my rescue dog with anyone. I had searched for weeks for someone I trust and continued to come up empty handed. I had just about given up and was prepared to cancel travel plans to avoid leaving Scooby at a boarding place until I connected with Ashley. She is one of the best sitters I have ever had & was so kind & reassuring the whole time I was away. I got regular updates on how he was doing and she really went out of her way to work with Scooby since he is a very anxious boy and takes a while to warm up to people. Communication was clear and timely, our dog was genuinely cared for, and it was obvious he was treated like part of the family. He came home calm, happy, and well exercised - which says everything. It gave us real peace of mind to know he was in such capable, attentive hands. We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to book again or recommend this sitter to others.
Teresa was amazing! I was nervous about leaving Bella now that she is a very senior dog, but she was in the absolute best care with Teresa! Teresa sent so many pictures and video updates that I always knew what Bella was up to! Bella was so content and happy when I picked her up which speaks very highly about the relaxed and comfortable space she was in during her visit. Would absolutely recommend Teresa to any other pet parents who need care for their senior dogs.
Once again, Matthew was great with Tucker while we were gone over the holidays! All of the usual photos and updates on their daily activities. Always gives us tremendous peace of mind knowing Tucker is in such good hands and that Matthew genuinely cares for him and wants to make each stay a good one. See you next time, Matthew!
I recently moved to Dallas for work and didn’t know anyone here, so I took a chance and booked with Deneisha through Rover, and I’m so glad I did. She’s amazing with my dog, and he gets so excited every time he goes to her place. Her communication is great. First time using rover , had major anxiety cause this was the first time we've let mocha stay with anyone other then friends and family. But Delfina was amazing! Constant updates, constant walks and she's super kind! Will be using her for this anytime we need to give mocha a vacation from us!
Jason was very caring and patient helping Patches settle in and overcome her anxiety in her new surroundings. He went out of his way to try methods to help her feel calm and comfortable. During the first nights he even slept some in the room she was in to calm her because she is used to sleeping in bed with us. Jason seems to be very kind and compassionate and Patches was well cared for.
I had a great experience boarding my dog here! He was super nice and very responsive, quick to reply and always kept me updated with pictures. I loved knowing my pup was getting multiple walks a day and lots of attention. You can really tell he cares. Highly recommend!
