She and her family was so welcoming of Ella and Ella came back home relaxed which is rare. She sent us plenty videos and pics without even requesting which is a big plus for me as no matter where I am, I want to see how Ella is doing. When I first met Min, she was warm and friendly. When I was leaving, she immediately got acquainted with my dog and took him outside and walked him. Jennifer was absolutely wonderful with Luna and Bruce! Bruce has historically been a tough one with sitters — he gets anxious and can be hesitant to warm up — but Jennifer's patience and calm approach made all the difference. She used a slip lead to ease him into bathroom breaks, gave us consistent updates, and within just a day or two he was completely off the slip lead and settling in comfortably. That kind of attentiveness is rare and we are so grateful. Luna did great too, and Jennifer kept a close eye on both of them, noticing the little things like Luna's drool (nerves) and adjusting feeding arrangements so Luna would actually finish her meals. She also accommodated some last-minute changes when our flight got cancelled without any hesitation. On top of all that, Jennifer sent so many photos throughout the stay — it genuinely put our minds at ease while we were traveling. We came home to two happy, well-cared-for pups. We will absolutely be booking with Jennifer again. Highly recommend her to anyone, especially those with anxious or shy dogs!
I had an excellent experience with her as a dog sitter. She took such great care of my dog who’s mind you not neutered and 1.5 years old crazy golden retriever; she was along with her family incredibly attentive throughout. I really appreciated the regular updates, photos, and messages; it gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the dogs she looks after, and my Zoro was happy, comfortable, and well taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely book her again without hesitation and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring sitter.

She was absolutely amazing! She checked in regularly with texts and videos and made me feel super comfortable and secure. My little guy (he’s 2 1/2 yrs old) gets super anxious and nervous when I leave him but she was patient and gentle with him that a few days in he was back to his normal cheeky self. Absolutely recommend and would come back to her anytime!
Barbara did great with Zoey and Zeus! We were gone for almost a month, which was by far the longest we've ever been away from the dogs and we didn't want to leave them in a typical dog boarding place for that long. She was great with them and gave us pics and updates daily. She even went out and got more food for them since we underestimated the amount. I would definitely recommend her for anyone looking to entrust their fur babies with for a few days.
