“Absolutely love taking my girls with Maritza. She’s made me feel at ease since day 1 with tons of updates and pictures. My dogs get home exhausted and so happy! Thank you Maritza!”

“I am so thankful for Joanna and Haiti for making this entire experience so smooth! This was my first time ever leaving my pup alone with someone else. He's a pup that is afraid of people so I was extremely nervous that he was going to cause trouble, but by the end of the night I got pictures sent of him cuddling away with Joanna! I couldn't believe it was the same dog. I am so thankful of all the updates and her huge efforts with my scared pup. I will definitely book again if I ever need someone to watch my pup!”

“I can’t recommend Mariah enough! She cared for my dog, Lexi, with such kindness and compassion. Mariah was incredibly accommodating and responsive, always making sure Lexi’s needs were met. Her extra care and attention to detail really put me at ease. Above all, Mariah’s understanding and compassionate nature stood out. She kept me updated throughout, and her excellent communication made the entire experience stress-free. I’m so grateful for the care she provided and would happily trust her with Lexi again!”

“Mario took exceptional care of our dog. He made sure to send pictures and updates daily and reassure me that my dog was in good hands :). Definitely recommend to book with him as we will be doing soon!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and cats growing up, and we had 2 dogs and 2 cats for many years until I went to law school out of state. I raised my 3.5 year old shih tzu since she was 10 weeks old and she’s the happiest, cuddliest and energetic dog ever! My friends have taken care of her and I’ve reciprocated by taking care of their pets when out of town, and I’d love to help the Rover community as well! I work from home as a tech lawyer and have a flexible schedule so I often go on 30-40 minute walks with my dog Miso twice a day. Whether you have an active dog or one that just loves company and care, I’ll be happy to work with your schedule and your pet(s)’ needs! I’ll be glad to work with you and your preferred schedule and pet care needs, which we can discuss before any booked arrangement! I’m flexible with schedule as well!

“Super awesome! 10000/10 recommend. Jonathan and His Gf are wonderful. I felt super comfortable leaving my fur baby with them. He sent constant updates. Walked and socialized my fur baby. Absolutely work every penny.”

“Sheen and Quinn are wonderful sitter. They are responsive and addressed any questions/concerns I had. Our dog got the exercise he needed and more. He's always excited to go back and he comes home tired, ready for a nap after all the long walks. Special thanks from our family to yours. You guys are the best sitters we could ask for!”

“Danielle was amazing. She even accommodated to my pups stay last minute and was able to watch my him over night. She sent many photos and videos and kept me updated for his whole stay. Will definitely use her again if I’m in the are. Thank you Danielle for making my pup feel loved and comfortable.”

“I highly recommend her!...This was my first time using Rover and I’m so happy I found Ximena. I cannot say enough of how please I was with her. I am sure Mimosa had a great time with Ximena her daughter and Fluffy their dog. Since our meet & greet visit, I could tell that I had the right person to leave Mimosa with, this gave me a big sense of relief knowing that Mimosa and Fluffy got along. Ximena sent me updates with videos and kept me in the loop the whole time! We will definitely be requesting her services again for the next time !!!! Thank you so much!”

About: I would be a great sitter because I’m responsible, attentive, and deeply committed to providing compassionate care. I’ve had four dogs for over 11 years, including one elderly dog who lived to 18, which speaks to my dedication and experience. They enjoy two walks a day and have a spacious backyard to play in, reflecting the active and nurturing environment I maintain. I’m calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and create safe, comfortable spaces. I love animals and have raised two rescue dogs and feel comfortable with all dogs, big and small. Pet care is seamlessly integrated into my daily routine. I work remotely and am home all day with my three dogs, which allows me to be consistently present and attentive. My meetings are typically short, under an hour, and I average about three per day, leaving plenty of time to care for my pets and any others I’m sitting. When I’m not in meetings, I’m working on projects from home, so I’m always nearby to provide attention, walks, and playtime in my spacious backyard. I have fenced in backyard and typically leave my dogs in the house with me while I am in meetings. I have several dog lounge spaces in the house that they can lay on. I walk them in the morning and the late afternoon, depending on the heat.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs all my life. I currently have a male Shih Tzu (8 yrs old) who I’ve loved and cared for since he was a puppy. In April of 2025, I said one of the hardest goodbyes to my senior yorkie girl who crossed the rainbow bridge at 16/17 years old. I was never sure of her exact age as she was rescued at what the vet approximated to be 6 years old. I am equipped to handle dogs of all ages, young and old. I love my furbaby children and will love on any pup in my care. I work full time from home, so I am able to easily take care of dogs and provide the attention needed - including extra bathroom breaks. I take all my dogs on regular walks. I used to give extra bathroom breaks for my senior dog, and also have fences for any dog that may need their personal space. I also have dog crates that can be used as needed.

“We booked with Caroline for a second time and it was another great experience for us. Caroline is great at sending updates, photos, asking questions about Rosita’s schedule, and communicating overall. I think Rosita really enjoys spending time with Caroline… she almost didn’t want to get back in the car to go home!”

About: My first job at the age of 13 was being a dog walker in our apartment complex. With 28 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, I provide loving, reliable, and personalized pet care. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or overnight stays, I treat every pet like family—because they are! My goal is to ensure your furry friend feels safe, happy, and loved while you're away. From senior pets needing extra care to energetic pups who love adventure, I understand every pet’s unique needs. Let me give your beloved companion the attention and affection they deserve! 🐶🐱💙 I am currently working part time at home so I am available to take care of your pet most days and your furbabies will get a ton of attention from me! I have a small fenced yard that your dog can hang out in with my senior dog. My dogs often hang out in the yard getting some sun bathing session or inside with me hanging out keeping each other company. My home is a very relaxed setting and I want my clients to have relaxed time as well. I also don't want to stress out my pets, so I would like to welcome similar demeanor pets to ensure everyone has a good time. There is a dog park nearby and I love taking the dogs to the dog park and let them run free and have fun.

“Ashley was amazing with Gigi! She took great care of her and kept me updated the whole time. I could tell Gigi felt super comfortable and loved. Definitely booking with her again! 🐾💕”

About: I’ve had a dog before and I started loving all kinds of animals since I was little. I also have some fish (most were goldfish, and right now I have a Betta fish), a rabbit, etc. I am pretty much free except for when there is a home nhl (hockey) game I love them so much that I’m currently in school to become a veterinarian. Your pet or loved one will be in safe hands with me. I will also do my best in making your love one feel comfortable and loved when your at work or on vacation and can not bring them with you. If you have a very active pet it is fine with me and if you do not that’s fine with me too. I currently work part time and during my down time I would love to broaden my career with my veterinarian degree and passion for them. I will always make sure they are secure and safe before any walks. If I see any other fur buddies coming our way during our adventurous walks I will cross the street (when safe) to make sure everyone is comfortable. Your fur buddy will have tons of belly rubs, lots of play times multiple walks and potty breaks throughout the day. Also if okay they will also get positive reinforcement with treats.

“Dawit - you guys are 5 stars awesome!! My pup came home happy and tired, all good signs of a great puppy day. I can’t thank you guy enough for taking good care of my buddy. You sent great pictures and updates, you were super nice and my pup didn’t seem stressed at all at pick up. I will definitely contact you again. Thank you, thank you!”

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong animal lover with over 15 years of experience caring for pets of all kinds—beyond my own little “zoo” at home. I share my days with my daughter and our own crew of pets, so I know just how important it is to find someone who will treat your furry family members like their own. I have experience with senior animals who need medication as well as puppies and kittens who need housebreaking, litter training, or basic commands. I’m patient, reliable, and always ready to provide the love, care, and attention that makes pets feel comfortable and happy while their owners are away. How does pet care fit into my daily routine? Since I work from home, I have a very flexible schedule that allows me to give pets plenty of attention and care throughout the day. I can easily accommodate feeding times, play sessions, walks, or medication schedules without rushing. My home office setup means I’m always nearby for snuggles, check-ins, or just keeping your pet company so they feel safe and loved. I treat every pet as if they were my own and prioritize their safety above all else. I always follow any special instructions from pet parents, from feeding routines to medications, and I’m attentive to signs of stress or discomfort. My home is pet-friendly, with a clean, safe environment free of hazards, and I make sure pets are never left unsupervised in risky situations (like open doors or yards). Trust is so important when it comes to caring for someone’s pet, so I keep open communication with updates, photos, and messages to give owners peace of mind while they’re away.

About: I know leaving your dog behind can be tough. That’s why I go beyond basic sitting. While you're away, your dog gets more than food and walks. They get genuine companionship, play, and comfort. I treat every pup like they’re my own, making sure their tail keeps wagging until you return. Whether it’s belly rubs, their favorite game, or sticking to their routine, I make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy every step of the way. This isn’t just pet care. It’s peace of mind. I work from home, and so I have a flexible schedule. I’m happy to match the times that work best for you and your dog. During our first meeting, I remain calm and respectful, allowing your dog to approach me at their own pace so we can build trust naturally. I never use yelling, anger, or any form of force. Instead, I take the time to get to know your dog’s unique personality and little quirks with patience and care. I also make sure to listen closely to your concerns and preferences to provide the best care for your best friend.

About: I have taken care of pets for more than 5 years. I have care for 3 dogs at the same time. I treat the dogs as if they are my own dog. I have plenty of time during the weekdays. I am home alone a lot. When I care for pets, they are the first priority always. I have a fenced yard. I have a puppy. I make it a priority to keep the pets in a safe and clean environment. Feed them regularly.
