Dog Boarding in Cerritos

About: I have experience with both puppies and older dogs. I have been a dog foster mom and was a regular volunteer for an animal rescue. I work from home full time and pet care is already a part of my daily routine. I have a 3 year old golden doodle that I take every where with me. There is also another dog (mini Aussie) in our household that I take care of daily. Pets get a lot of my attention as I am home through the day. They have frequent pee breaks and time in the backyard. I live near a dog park as well.

I have two very different dogs—our lab, Mona, is a total sweetheart who loves everyone, while our rescue, Beans, takes time to trust people. Sophia managed both of their needs perfectly. They bonded with Mona right away and, more importantly, took the time to let Beans approach at her own pace without any pressure. Her incredible patience and calm energy made a world of difference for Beans, and by the end of the stay, she was actually wagging her tail around her—a first time ever!!!! It was difficult for me to find the right place and dog sitter for Beans (from Petsmart, Wag and etc...). Sophia also kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me such peace of mind.
