About: What sets me apart is my experience working with dogs of all personalities and needs, especially reactive dogs and strong pullers. I have completed training with my own reactive chocolate lab through Justin’s Canine Campus, along with continuing training work at home, which has taught me patience, consistency, and how to read dog behavior closely. As a teacher, I’m dependable, calm, and attentive, and I naturally bring those qualities into caring for pets. I’ve loved animals since I was young and also continue to volunteer at animal shelters (Helping Hounds & HumaneCNY) giving me experience with dogs who may need extra patience, structure, or reassurance. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. As a teacher, I have summers off and will soon be working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, and quality attention. During the school year, I’m also an early bird and start my mornings with an average 2-mile walk with my own dog, so staying active and keeping pets on a routine is something I truly enjoy. I care for every pet as if they were my own and always focus on making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. In a client’s home, I try to keep pets on their normal routine with feeding, walks, playtime, bathroom breaks, and plenty of attention and affection. I also make sure their space stays clean and that they feel calm while their owners are away.

About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I have had cats, dogs and even a horse that was boarded off property that I have cared for. I currently have two cats, who rule our house. I also have chickens and a fish tank with an African dwarf frog. I’m a house wife who watches my grand babies daily during the week. I am home with them all day and pet sit around that schedule. I don’t have a fenced in yard but I would walk your dog on a leash each time they need to go out to go to the bathroom or need exercise.If your dog or cat likes to play, even better! We can get out all the extra energy during my visit.I will care for your pets like they are my own.

About: My family adopted our first puppy when I was 5 years old and I assisted with the training and care of all 3 of our dogs since then. My childhood pal lived to be 16 and I helped take care of him throughout all stages of life. I work a 9 - 5 in person but have plenty availability before and after work for early morning or early evening walks. Weekends and weeknights are no problem for my schedule. Please lay out any specific care instructions for long-term visits so I can ensure that your pet is getting the same care and regimen from me as they would you.

About: I have experience in wildlife rehabilitation, zookeeping, managing horses. I’m comfortable doing most basic animal care for a variety of animals and happy to learn about anything I haven’t had experience with. Dogs, cats, reptiles, hoofstock, poultry and so on! My schedule is fairly flexible with some notice. Available early mornings, late nights and in between. I am happy to adjust my schedule based on each animal’s routine and needs. I am attentive and observant of each animal’s needs and routines. Happy to follow specific schedules and tasks to adhere to their normal care standards. While I do have a yard, it is unfenced so dogs go out on a leash unless they have exceptional recall. Often joking or walks around the neighborhood. All animal’s are crated or otherwise contained when left alone for short periods and always separated at feeding times.

About: From a young age I have been taking care of my own and other people’s animals, including walking, bathing, training, playing with, and sharing love with all of the precious animals I meet! :) During the work week I am available to care for animals in the evenings (and mornings as needed) and any time of day on the weekends! Caring for your pets in your home would allow for them to feel as comfortable as possible while you are away. I would seek to make them feel as comfortable and loved as possible and would follow any instructions or recommendations left/given!

About: I've had family dogs my whole childhood and most of my adult life and this is sadly the first time without one of my own! I've had golden labs and retrievers however I've sat for big and small, senior and pups as well as for family, friends and strangers alike. I am a registered nurse and am trained for humans but able to assist with any emergency that may arise for your fur babies during our stay together. I'm compassionate, loving, gentle, patient and reliable. Between work assignments and travel adventures I have flexibility that allows me to accommodate more dog watching & walking in so I can get all the dog snuggles in! I am flexible and respectful of your home and am a quick learner to adjust to each individual dog and family's needs, wishes and quirks!

About: I’ve always had a dog in my life. Friends and family have relied on me countless times to walk and feed their pets. Right now having three dogs of different breeds; Golden Retriever, Standard Poodle, and Black Lab. I’m currently about to be starting college in the fall. Once college starts my schedule will be more limited, but will keep updating this when there are changes. I have shadowed at multiple vet clinics, knowing behaviors and signs your fur baby is showing. Also knowing how to distract and distance space when needed, may it be an other dog or even if your dog needs some space.

About: I’ve been blessed to work with a wide variety of animals, with years of experience caring for dogs to guinea pigs, of all ages and temperaments, and with varying health conditions. Pets of all kinds are my passion, and putting pet parents at ease while away from their babies, and pets at ease while away from their loved ones is my focus. I myself have cared for my own pets growing up and currently have 2 fur babies which have all taught me how important knowing they’re as happy as can be is, as well as how scary it can be putting their care in the hands of someone else, which is why creating an experience that duplicates your pets everyday and feels familiar is my main priority. I’m available for all your pet care needs 24/7, weekdays and/or weekends. Your pets schedule is my first priority! I can easily crate any pet that needs it. Crating is not the typical practice. I have my own front and backyard for fun monitored time in the grass and sun. As well as a dog agility court and playground nearby.

“If you want real peace of mind, Adriana is the one for you. I am a massive worry wart, and had never been away from my dog overnight before. To say I was concerned about leaving him is an understatement. Adriana knew this and provided the exact type of service I was hoping for. She treated my boy like he was her own. Followed all of my instructions to a tee, and sent me so many great pictures. She was always on time, and even took it upon herself to clean up a cut he has that breaks open occasionally. She went above and beyond and I personally will be very bummed if she’s not available when I need her in the future. She’s that good! I don’t want to have to use anyone else besides her and I know my dog Chase would echo that sentiment. When you love your pet as much as I do (if you’re reading this, you must) knowing you have someone like Adriana looking after them is the ultimate peace of mind. Thank you again Adriana!!”
