About: I’ve been around pets my entire life, mostly dogs. I’ve owned my own dogs since I was 12, and I currently own a German shepherd and a Coton De Tulear. I consider myself a true animal enthusiast and I believe that caring for them is more than a chore, but something you need to be passionate about to give them the best care they deserve! Starting August 24th, I’m enrolled full-time in college, so I’ll be available M/W - before 1pm and Tu/Th - after 1pm, all day Friday, and no weekends. I can do full-day house visits (no overnights), drop-in’s, and walks. It’s all dependent on what my clients homes are equipped with! If you have a fenced yard and high energy dogs, I’m more than happy to take them outside to play and explore, or play inside. My first cat, Hunter Patches, was a huge part of my life before he passed last year. Since then, I’ve welcomed two new cats, Loki and Marie, into my family. About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. My childhood pal lived to be 16 and I helped take care of him throughout all stages of life.
