About: I'm an enthusiastic dog walker and sitter that has a passion for dogs and rescuing them. I have been involved in dog rescue and fostering in the Syracuse area for a number of years. I've cared for a number of my own dogs and cats from young to seniors. I've also been a foster parent to a number of dogs when rescues needed someone. I can handle the most challenging of dogs down to little babies and everything in between. Your dog will get plenty of love and attention when I'm around! I give all dogs the same love and affection I would give my own dog and see the importance of cuddle and buddy time along with good exercise. I show confidence when I'm with a dog so that they know there is trust with me from the beginning. I currently work part time, so have plenty of time to spend with your fur baby. About: I have been blessed to care for 3 dogs, 4 cats, 1 cockatiel, 3 ferrets and countless goldfish in my lifetime. Most recently was my beloved King Charles Cavalier Spaniel Piper. Piper developed a heart condition (common amongst KCCS) and daily medication was prescribed. 3 times a day Piper and I would enjoy some peanut butter or cheese to help get the medication down. The flexibility of my job may allow for a late morning - early afternoon check-in. Whether its a walk, evening check-in, or weekend drop-ins, I’m happy to build a schedule that fits your pet’s needs. I also spend most of my downtime at home, so if your pets need longer visits, I can give them plenty of attention and company. In your home, I’m respectful of your space and committed to keeping your pet’s routine as normal and comforting as possible. I’ll follow your instructions closely—whether it’s feeding, medications, walking schedules, or just the way your pet likes their favorite toy tossed. I know every animal is different, and I take the time to get to know their personality and needs. If we arrange care in my home, your pet will be treated like one of my own. I have a calm, pet-friendly space and three cat companions who are used to other animals and are gentle and well-socialized. I always do a slow introduction and only bring in pets that I know will be comfortable in that environment. Safety and comfort are my top priorities, whether I’m in your home or you're trusting your pet with mine.
About: I’ve have cared for many dogs in my lifetime. I frequently house sat for friends, and family. I typically hike local parks and would love to take your best friend for a walk while I get exercise myself. I am currently walking in parks daily and would love to walk your dog while I’m getting exercise. I can provide 30 minute or hour long walks in your neighborhood or a nearby park. I typically spend more time with a dog than the typical owner. I love dogs immensely and give them my full attention when house sitting.
About: I had my own dog for 12 years. I also have a hamster. And 3 cats. A trait about me is that I have so much patience when it comes to animals. Another thing is that I definitely have some experience with senior care. I currently work part time as a dog grooming assistant but I’m available all day Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. Every other day that I did not mention I am available after 6pm For taking care of pets in the clients house I would make sure to use all the equipment ready to use that I was told by the owners.
About: I will care for your pets like they are my own, I have grown up around all animals and love them all. I am reliable and dependable I have my own pets who are like my children so I know how important it is to have someone responsible and loving to care for your pets. I absolutely love all animals I have 2 cats 2 dogs 1 a dalmatian the other old english bulldog, pug and beagle mix and also 3 parakeet, they also basically run our home 😄. I am a hair dresser as well so I wouldn't have an issue doing baths or brushing if it is needed. I also had a cat named Garfield who was special needs who I had to help get around as well as go to the bathroom, and I also care for my granddoggy and 2 grandkitties. I am very good with all animals and wish I could save them all. I currently have 2 cat and 2 dogs and 3 parakeets who are apart of my daily life. Walking, feeding, scooping litter, watering and playing with them all the time. I have 4 children who are adults now but in reality I actually have 11 because my animals are my life, and they pretty much own our home. I have a small yard and when my dogs are out im with them the entire time so your dog would never be alone and would also have playmates. I also have a crate if needed as well. I give lots of attention and treats, my dogs sleep with us or my 2 kids at home still who are 18, and 19.
About: I have over 10 years of hands-on professional dog care experience working in dog daycares, boarding kennels, and grooming facilities in both Colorado and New York. I’ve managed large daycare playgroups of 15–20 dogs, monitored interactions, redirected rough play, and maintained calm, structured environments. One of our daily staff challenges involved having an entire group line up and hold a sit at the same time—something I was proud to accomplish more than once. I also worked at a boarding and grooming kennel in Durango, CO owned by a competitive dog-show handler with extremely high standards. Because staff was small, I gained extensive one-on-one experience with dogs of all breeds and temperaments, including nail trims (even nervous dogs), coat-specific brushing, ear and dental care, bathing, drying, and boarding routines. I also handled front-desk responsibilities, scheduling, and check-ins. At home, I live with two very friendly dogs of my own—Cooper, a beagle, and Tucker, an Australian Shepherd–beagle mix. They are social, affectionate, and almost always carrying a ball around the house. We play daily enrichment games such as hide-and-seek: I’ll have them wait in another room while I hide their balls or bedtime treats, and when I let them out, them they make a mad dash to look for them. It’s one of their favorite parts of the day and a fun way to keep them moving and engaged when it's too cold outside or when I'm doing things around the house. Our home is fully set up for boarding with a large fenced-in backyard for safe outdoor play, plus a dedicated dog-care nook stocked with harnesses, leashes, winter jackets, brushes, and treats. Living with my own dogs full-time means I’m experienced with routines, energy management, introductions, and helping new pups feel comfortable quickly. Cooper and Tucker enjoy meeting new friends, and I carefully supervise all group play. Dogs in my care receive plenty of attention, supervised yard time, and companionship throughout the day rather than being left alone for long stretches. I’m available for in-home boarding and extended stays, and I plan my schedule to make sure every dog gets consistent care, exercise, and individual attention. Cleanliness, hygiene, and calm handling are priorities here. I work full-time during the week but am available to care for your dog from Saturday through Monday. Weekends typically involve nature hikes on various trails, allowing all the dogs to explore new scents and enjoy the outdoors. My dogs are my weekend companions, and your pup will become part of our pack on these adventures. I'm passionate about providing dogs with enriching experiences, and I'm confident your dog will have a fun and fulfilling time with us. I don't have a fenced-in yard, but we do monitor the dogs carefully when they are outside. Depending on the dog, we would either walk them on a leash or allow them to explore under close supervision. We have a crate available if needed, but you are more than welcome to bring your dog's own crate if they feel more comfortable in it. Dogs are welcome on furniture, beds, and throughout the house. Our home is completely dog-friendly.
