About: I’ve been around animals my whole life, and have grown up around dogs. I currently own a German Shepherd and Coton De Tulear, both of whom are my pride and joy, along with the rest of our pack. I understand that these precious souls mean so much to so many people, and promise that under my care and supervision they’ll be treated with the utmost respect and love, just as if they were my own! I’m currently in school full time, so while my availability may be limited depending on the hour, I assure you my care for your pets isn’t! If you have a fenced yard and high energy dogs, I’m more than happy to take them outside to play and explore, or play inside. About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. About: I have a degree in animal behavior that has prepared me to properly care for animals, among other skills. I have also owned dogs my entire life, including training one of my current dogs. I have volunteered at a dog rescue for about 6 years. I now work at an animal rescue that has me trained to give medications. I have also owned a senior cat for 4 years which has me comfortable cleaning litter boxes and administering medications. I currently have two part time jobs, and typically have 2 or 3 days completely available. On days I work I am available most evenings and occasionally mornings.
