“Thanks for a great experience dog sitting my two girls. Another dog sitter had fallen through and I needed to find someone reliable and I found Sylvia and I’m very glad that I did. Thank you for watching them with such short notice and going above and beyond take care of them and give them exercise, as well as taking them to your art gallery event and just including them. I feel like I would highly recommend Sylvia and I hope that I can have you watch the dogs again if we come back to Ashland”

“Samantha was AMAZING! Our dog seemed to get along great with her animals and she was so easy to communicate with. It’s always a good sign when our pup was excited to go back the next day!”

“Anika is great! She took excellent care of my dog Bear, who can have a little separation anxiety. She is a good communicator and sent lots of pictures during the day. Bear obviously had a great time playing with the other dogs and came home happy and exhausted from playing in her beautiful big yard. Anika just has a great way with all the dogs. You can tell she loves and cares for them like they are her own.”

About: Dogs have always been part of my life, we always had a family dog or three growing up. After college I adopted a rescue into my own family. Our current dog Poppy was rescued at 6 months old, and just turned 9 years old. She's been professionally trained in truffle hunting. I'm a retired safety engineer and run a bed and breakfast on our property. This allows me take care of the dogs and the property all day long. We live on a few acres with our rescue dog Poppy. There is a fenced area where the dogs can play safely outside. There's also a large deck that the dogs love watching the wildlife from. I only accept up to two other dogs at a time so it's a quiet and relaxing setting in the country.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life, and I know how stressful it can be to worry they aren’t getting the attention and care they need. I want to help alleviate your concerns and give your pup what they deserve! I work a flexible job from home and can easily fit your pet’s care into my schedule. Don’t see the time you need on my availability? Please feel free to reach out anyway! I work in the medical field and pride myself on my integrity and dependability. I promise to always do my best for you and your pet.

About: I’ve had pets as long as I can remember! I have 2 dogs and a cat now and understand the stress of finding a caring home while on vacation. I have experience with the extra care needed for senior dogs (our senior just passed this year. 😢) I work from home and can provide potty breaks for puppies and seniors that can’t hold it like they used to, as well as walks and play time. Being home means full supervision as well as plenty of check in pictures of your special fur baby. I have 2 dogs that will keep your pup company. We also have crates if reinforcing your current crate training routine is required. I do not have a fenced in yard, but live in a quiet community where I take my dogs for frequent walks.

About: Hi! We are enthusiastic dog lovers who will take great care of your furry friend. We both grew up taking care of animals and currently have a five-year-old German Shepherd. Looking forward to meeting you! Brandon works from home, allowing him to keep a close watch on everything the dogs are up to. We are typically available weekends and some weeknights. Our large, fenced backyard is great for playing and exploring. We have a friendly five-year-old German shepherd who is quite tolerant of any and all dogs and would certainly enjoy a playmate.

“Shelby took great care of my Princess and Lil’ Dog. They are older puppies and can be quite a handful and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find someone to watch them, but she managed them with ease. They came home tired and slept the rest of the night. They will definitely be back next time we need another sitter 😊”

“Travis is the perfect person for all dogs especially seniors. Travis is very attentive to our senior dogs whom have special needs. For example, our eldest chihuahua baby is very picky at who she trusts and he stepped right in, established trust and was able to hold her in times she needs to be lifted up and down the stairs. He always delivers medications on time and is wonderful with specified feeding times and foods. He’s confident and aware of dog behaviors and needs. We love when he watches our fur babies!”

Deanna is very well-versed in training dogs and has an uncanny ability to create a bond of trust and respect with them right out of the gate. If you need someone to watch your pets, she would be the first person to call!”

Emma & Brandon K.

They are both incredibly thoughtful about the mental state of animals who might be stressed while an owner is away, and they are consistent and insistent on providing healthy interactions with dogs, people, and their environment, because healthy & happy pets help to create healthy/happy owners. I couldn't recommend Emma and Brandon more.”
