“Mandy was amazing! She made our pups feel right at home. She took them on daily hikes and they had fun with new pup pals. Her dog hospitality is definitely 5 star worthy!”

“Our dog had a great couple of nights here. Came home happy and well taken care of. We definitely recommened Sydney. Especially if your dog gets along great with children. Our Westie had a blast.”

“Cassondra has really come to our rescue this summer. This is the second time our puppy has stayed with her and not only does he love her and her family. She works on training with him and he comes back more well mannered.”

“Bruce was amazing! He took care of our corgi Winston for a few days while we were away. He sent videos and photos throughout the day. He also provided updates on my pup! I really appreciated the quick updates. I would definitely book again and recommend him.”

“Julia did an amazing job. Our puppy was happy and healthy when we picked her up. I could tell she enjoyed her time with Julia’s family. We’ll definitely leave her with Julia again.”

“Brooke was awesome with our dog, Rusty! She even sent us daily pictures of him and let us know how he was doing. Since this was our first time boarding Rusty, it was comforting to know we had chosen such a caring person to leave him with! When we picked him up, she sent him home with a fun goodie bag! We will definitely be using Brooke again!”

“If your dog is a nervous nelly you need this lady! She is great. My Mimi IS the nervous nelly. We left her once before and it was not a good experience. I told Kristin and she suggested I bring Mimi over to play with her other dogs. I did this three times before we left her. Two of the times I left her I just dropped her off so Mimi could play without me there. I think it helped. If she is available, she is definitely will be our go to every time we leave! Kristin is such a fun lady. She will take your dog and love it like you do.”

“We loved Brynne taking care of our Luna! We appreciated her flexibility with our schedule and knew Luna was well taken care of while she was in her home. Brynne was great at communicating with us while we were away!”

“Tessa was absolutely amazing! She took such great care of our two dogs, Parker and Koda. She made our first experience using Rover completely stress free. She kept us updated, followed all our care instructions, and made sure our pups were happy and comfortable. We highly recommend her and would definitely book with her again!”

“Julie was great! She was responsive and communicative and she took great care of my pup. She sent me pictures and updates throughout the day, which gave me total peace of mind that he was enjoying himself and being well taken care of.”

“Excellent attention to our instructions and very warm and friendly family. Our dog was very happy in their home and we received regular updates and photos. Will definitely work with them again.”

“This was my first time using Anna’s service and I couldn’t be happier! She was incredibly flexible with scheduling, which made the whole process stress-free. Communication was top notch! She was always quick to respond and sent daily photos so I always knew my pup was happy and in good hands. I’ll definitely be booking again and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable, caring boarder!”

“Tammy and Jeff are awesome! We got so many videos of our pup playing fetch (her all time favorite thing to do) - she was loved and spoiled! Highly recommend Tammy & Jeff to watch your fur baby.”

About: I have been fostering animals for over 10 years. I also have 3 dogs of my own along with two cats. Animals are absolutely my greatest passion. Helping animals is something I hope I can continue to do for a long time. I work from home so I am able to set my own schedule. It’s also nice that my kids are all in full day school now so my schedule is even my flexible. I will love your pet as if they are my own. Animals are family. I have three dogs of my own at home along with two cats. I do not ever want a pet to feel overwhelmed or stressed out. Leaving a pet behind is hard enough without adding any extra struggles.

Brynne took wonderful care of our pup Stella. Stella had a cyst burst while we were away and Brynne cared for her well and helped ensure Stella didn't lick or scratch the wound. She communicated well and also did a great job acclimating Stella to the other dogs she was watching.

Embry is always treated like family at Casondra’s house, you can tell because when I drop her off she walks in like she owns the place and hardly turns around to say goodbye. Our girl always has the best time there, thank you always for loving on her like she is your own!

We left our 3 yr old wire haired pointing Griffin Stanley, with Alyssa while we went on vacation. I could tell Stanley was so well taken care of! He ate well and got along well with her cute dogs. It was so nice knowing he was happy and well taken care of. He was happy and in good spirits when we picked him up, and I could tell it was a fun and not a stressful stay for him. We loved Alyssa, and hope she is available next time we need a dog sitter!

I was incredibly grateful to Makell and family for watching over my beloved boy while I was away for work responsibilities. This was the first time we had to leave him for a week and it was stressful for me. Makell was so kind, allowing us to come for a pre-visit before my departure, which significantly put my mind at ease. I received daily updates and photos which were truly appreciated!! I can tell he had a great time and made new friends when I picked him up. Their fenced-in backyard was a great place for Lucas to play with their kids and their dog, Charlie! Thank you so much!! I can't express enough how much this relieved my mind as my dog means everything to me. I would highly recommend Makell to anyone needing a clean, kind, fun and safe place for their furbaby!🥰

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in UT ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
