About: We have a lifetime of experience caring for a variety of pets of all sizes and ages. We have a safe house and a large fenced backyard that will ensure your pet has a safe place to roam. We promise to love your furr child as much as we love our own. Let your pet enjoy their vacation while you enjoy yours! I’m a SAHM so I am home every day. Our animals are never alone. It’s a lifestyle for us, our pets are our family. Our dogs are used to having multiple daily walks and multiple times in their backyard to play and run around. We do have 4 cats but we have gates up that give them their own private space where they are not near the dogs and our home is big enough they go and hide when they please. The kitties are pretty good at going incognito when the pups are all out so no worries! Our home is clean and inviting where your pup will always have dogs to play with and little kids to love and play with him/her. Our dogs are kept in a crate during the night and when I have to leave the house to ensure they don’t get into anything and that they are safe. We prefer for our pups who come to stay with us to have a crate also to keep them safe too! Minus 1 shiba-inu (nala) who is the boss of all the others she’s the oldest and we trust her to be out. Safety is my #1 priority always. I am a milspouse and I do offer a military discount to any other military families! I provide daily photos/videos and updates to give parents a piece of mind while they’re away. We also do poo pickup in the backyard every day to keep the environment clean and healthy and we treat our yard for flea/ticks. All of our animals are on flea/tick prevention and they’re all UTD on shots/vet visits. Any other questions just ask!!! Here to help!

About: I've had big dogs since I was little. In the past 5 years, I've started helping my father train dogs to be service animals for veterans. I love all kinds of dogs, and I've dog sat for neighbors since I was 7 years old. I work part time in the afternoons. I'm completely available in the mornings and after I get off work. I am incredibly flexible with time. I can be available everyday if needed. Depending on your furry companion I am also flexible here too. Need your dog walked? I would love to. Special medication or routine? I can totally handle that. Anything your animal needs I can help.

“Michaela got back to me quickly to house sit and keep an eye on our pups. Sadly, our elderly lab passed before she was set to watch them. She was very sweet and patient with me as I was very stressed leaving our younger Aussie doodle behind, she’s never been without our lab and def not without both our lab and us. She kept us updated and was flexible with her time. She even came and spent extra time when we were going to be late knowing I was nervous about her adjusting to being alone. We came home to a happy dog and clean house. We are very grateful and would love to have Michaela help us with Lilly again in the future now that they’re buddies!”

“Callie was so sweet and attentive to our pups! She took them on multiple walks and gave cuddles all night. She sent multiple picture updates and was more than accommodating with our change of plans. Highly recommend!”

Mandi & Matthew C.
“I can’t recommend Mandi enough! This was my first time ever leaving my dog, Panda, and I was understandably anxious—but Mandi immediately put my mind at ease. She’s incredibly kind, personable, and clearly has a deep love for animals. From the moment we met, I could tell Panda would be in great hands. Mandi stepped in on short notice to care for Panda for two weeks and went above and beyond every single day. She took him on multiple walks, made sure he stayed cool and comfortable in the heat (which is no small task with a husky!), and treated him like he was her own. The daily pictures and updates she sent made such a difference—they truly helped ease my anxiety and let me enjoy my time away knowing he was happy and safe. Panda also got to play with Mandi’s dogs, which he absolutely loved. She was even prepared to adjust their schedules in case they didn’t get along, but thankfully they hit it off right away. I felt completely comfortable leaving Panda in her care, and I’m so grateful to have found someone so trustworthy and attentive. If I ever need a dog sitter in the future, I will absolutely be booking with Mandi again!”

Ayla Z.

Laura G.
“Laura is the best person you could have take care of your pets. She has been in the veterinary medicine field for over 10 years, so she knows what too look for while caring for your babies. She is a hard worker and takes her job very seriously. Your pets will be in the best of hands.”

Beth H.
“Beth, as she prefers to be called, is an intelligent, loving, and caring woman. I am her mother, but she volunteered for years at Possumwood acres. Where they have attested before to her quality of being a gentle & trust worthy animal caregiver. I will also be available to aide her in getting started with clients. I am employed by TurboTax these days, have my bachelor’s degree in business management, and authorization to work through the federal government. I have too much to lose on a liability. Beth is a gift and can hyper focus on animal care. Growing up on a small farm in Oregon I worked up through 4-h & FFA as the state champion animal handler in the show ring with multispecies animals. Traits I have raised Beth with. I also co-trained a NC state 2nd place canine agility hound. And ran a private rescue for a decade in Oregon. I have trained one of the best service dogs as shown in her photos. Also, I trained several other service dogs for other disabled individuals. Having a unique insight in repetition and reward training. All of my skills I offer to help Beth in her career choice, and benefit her clients. I stand ready to assist Beth in moving forward in her career which includes dog walking and sitting, but I am not just her mom. I am her client. For the last year I have paid her to assist me with my own dog, Sabastian. As my career at times keeps me busy for hours. She does a wonderful job and is self-motivated to provide for the animal.
