“I am so thoroughly impressed with Jordan and the care that she put into watching my pets that there will likely not be enough characters in this review box for me to explain how satisfied I am. From the moment I sent the booking request, she was incredibly kind and accommodating. I explained my needs, and she shuffled around her schedule in order to make sure she continued providing excellent care for the drop-ins she had booked while still being able to take my overnight pet sitting request. My dog is incredibly well-behaved and easy to love, but he has some special needs when it comes to medication and has a very strict schedule due to his anxiety in order to help him stay on track, and I’m always anxious myself when considering asking someone to stay in my home with my pets. I made it clear that she would be able to love on my cats, but that she would not need to do much for them. Over the course of a couple of days we sorted out the booking, and she agreed to it. When the day came, I had to leave town before she arrived at my house so I typed up instructions for my dog’s schedule and printed them and put them on the fridge, left my key for her in a hiding place and hit the road. As soon as she arrived at my house a couple of hours later, she started sending photos and videos of her loving on my dog and cats. Not only did she do everything I asked her to do, but she took my dog on extra walks, scooped the cat litter, brushed my dog, and even cleaned up my house a little bit before leaving. However, the true “above and beyond” factor comes next. Towards the end of the 24 hours or so I booked her for, I expressed that it would be extremely helpful if she could stay for another night, but I would completely understand if she couldn’t. She did. She stayed an extra night and she dropped my dog off at the groomer the next morning on her way home. This was such an immense help because I was out of town for an important appointment and stressed enough without having to force myself to drive home when I was so exhausted that it would not have been safe. I have already asked her if I can book her for several days at the end of January when I leave the state for a work event, and I know that my pets will be in amazing hands when I do. I would recommend her to anybody. She is respectful of your space, pets, and needs. She is very communicative. She is trustworthy, kind and empathetic, and most importantly, very passionate about the animals in her care. I came home to a clean house and very happy animals, and I had an invaluable peace of mind the entire time I was gone and she was with them. I am so glad that I ended up booking her and I will be booking her many times over.”

About: Hello, I'm mia and just to tell you a little about myself. I've been with dogs my whole life and I've previously had a job at a dog daycare with dogs of different needs, sizes, and medical care. I decided to work at the green k-9 because I’ve always had a soft spot for dogs. I've been well trained by my dad who is a dog breeder and trainer and with my previous work experience, you can trust your pups in my care. I'm available anytime so don't be afraid to reach out to me. I'm A very big nature lover, Jacksonville has a lot to offer in nature parks and trails that I would love to Take your fur babies to stretch their legs and enjoy their time with me, Also the way I care for your pets or my own. I would either follow a list of instructions that you provide for me or I make up my own which is feeding twice a day and 3 walks of 1 hour which would be in the morning, afternoon, and night. I would also have playtime which is either outdoors at a dog park, nature park, or trail or inside my apartment with toys either you or I provide. I am currently taking online courses, hence my day primarily entails staying indoors engaged in academic activities, entertaining my canine companions, indulging in literary pursuits, or embarking on exciting escapades with my beloved pets while acquainting myself with the locale of Jacksonville. If you ever set a list then I will oblige by it but if not usually what I do is do a mile run in the morning around 6 AM so I’ll take 30 minutes of that time to run with your pup and then a second walk at 3 PM at one of the nature parks/ trails and then final walk at 9 PM at a dog park so your pup can get too there energy out before bed.
