“Christie was very sweet to my babies, was prompt and communicated well. I appreciated that she took the time to get to know my pups, home and concerns. I always worry that my pups are just wild and not following our normal and ongoing training with walkers and sitters. However, during our introductions Christie seemed comfortable correcting behaviors like jumping and chewing. The pups were sad when she left which is a great sign to me!”

“Bryan was very kind, professional, and respectful. He was patient with our dog who has anxiety and I’m so grateful. I will definitely be contacting Bryan in the future to care for our pets.”

About: I grew up with 5 dogs, three cats and 2 horses on our property. Moved to Monterey for college. Settled down. Have two cats babies that I love very much. I have a flexible full time job work schedule. Easy for drop ins, walks, and feeding. I can watch your pets for a day in the weekends. I may be able to watch them through the weekends on special requests. I watch over your animals with love. I have multiple parks right next to my house for walking and fun. Please me sure to let me know any details about your pets.

About: I've been surrounded by dogs my whole life, and caring for them has always come naturally to me. I recently raised my own puppy from 8 weeks old, so I’m very familiar with the time, patience, and energy it takes to train and care for young dogs. I also have experience doing pet check-ins and babysitting for families back in Texas, which helped me build strong, dependable habits when it comes to caring for others’ pets and homes. I’ve just graduated from college and recently moved to Monterey, which means I have a flexible schedule and plenty of time to dedicate to your pet's needs. Whether it’s giving a puppy some structure, keeping your dog company during the day, or simply making sure everything’s okay while you’re away—I’m here to help, with genuine care and attention Pet care is a natural part of my daily life. Since I have my own young dog, I’m already in a consistent routine that includes walks, playtime, feeding, and training. My flexible schedule allows me to easily fit in pet sitting, drop-ins, or extended stays throughout the week. Whether I’m caring for pets in my home or yours, their safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality, and any special needs they may have—so they feel secure and at ease while you're away. I’m attentive to details like feeding schedules, medication instructions, and favorite toys or habits, and I always make sure pets are in a clean, calm, and stress-free environment. In your home, I respect your space as if it were my own and follow all guidelines you leave for your pet’s care. I know how important it is to feel confident when someone else is looking after your furry family member, so I provide regular updates, photos, and check-ins to keep you connected. At my place, pets have a safe, cozy space and are never left unsupervised.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a child, having had 3 dogs growing up, and now have my own dog, a Mini Schnauzer. I believe in positive training and care, letting our best furry friends live their best lives while with us, so there will be lots of naps, play and even beach time (with your permission of course!) I work from home with my own consultancy business so I have a lot of flexible time to care for your pet. I love spending time with animals and incorporate that with my daily activities, I can give them several short walks and play, and also plenty of naps and rest. I have a small side yard and have access to a small dog park nearby our community. I have one friendly dog but can separate him if needed, ie your pet can be downstairs and my dog can be upstairs. If you prefer your dog to be crated, I can do that as well.

About: Growing up all my family have always had dogs so I have years of experience caring for small, medium, and large dogs. I also have two cute cats, both three years old. I can follow strict feeding schedules, I can administer oral or topical medications, as well as walk, play with, and clean after dogs and cats. I am currently taking a break from working a 9-5 position, so I’ll have plenty of time open for pet care in my weekly/daily routine. I currently live in a small apartment with two cats so there’s plenty of toys and trees/scratchers for them everywhere! I can’t currently care for pets in my home.

About: What sets me apart is the genuine love and one on one attention I give every pet. I treat your dog or cat like family, not just a job. I also send daily updates with photos so you always feel connected and reassured. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities. Pet care is a big part of my daily routine because I’m home full-time. This allows me to give pets my full attention whether it’s regular walks, playtime, feedings, or just keeping them company. I create a calm, loving environment where they feel safe and cared for, just like they would at home. At my home, pets get plenty of love, playtime, and a calm space to relax. I make sure they feel at home with cozy spots to rest and a safe environment to explore. When I care for pets in a client’s home, I stick closely to their usual routine so they feel secure and stress free. I treat every pet like my own, whether I’m in their space or they’re in mine.

About: I’ve grown up surrounded by a variety of pets, from dogs and cats to a blue and gold macaw, a bearded dragon, and even a snake! Animals have always been a big part of my life, and I truly believe every creature deserves to feel loved and cared for. With 6 years of experience taking care of mostly dogs and cats, I’m comfortable handling all types of animals. I’ve also had some hands-on experience administering medication to my own cat, who I lost recently to cancer. That taught me a lot about being gentle and patient when it comes to medical care, and I’m happy to help if your pet has special needs. As a student I unsurprisingly have a bit of an odd schedule, Mondays-Thursdays I am available early to mid afternoon until early evening. Friday - Sundays are almost always full availability. I am happy to go before/after my classes to check on your pets during the days I’m not fully available! We can always find a way to work things out for you and your pet. I’m very friendly, dedicated, and open to creating a safe and loving environment for your pets while you’re away. Whether it’s a walk in the park, a cozy cuddle session, or giving medication, I’m here to make sure your pets feel happy, comfortable, and loved. Any specific instructions or schedules they follow will be done exactly as you describe and I will not disrupt any routines your pet may have.
