About: Peppy Pet Care was launched at the end of 2018 in Ithaca, NY by myself and my animal-loving, entrepreneurial eleven year old daughter. Together we worked to provide outstanding pet sitting services to Ithaca and Lansing pet owners. Beginning in 2021, I started officially working on my own, as my daughter is busy pursuing other interests and activities. I treat pets in my care as I would my own. I am considerate, patient, reliable and caring and trustworthy. I treat each visit like an adventure and make it the warmest and most wonderful experience for each animal. I look forward to meeting you and your cat/dog and discussing your care needs. Thank you in advance for considering my services!!! I'm available both weekdays and weekends. Mornings, afternoons, evenings, as well as late night. I am typically in town during holidays and update my online calendar frequently. I provide care in client homes only at this time. I'm always vigilant when entering and exiting client homes, so as not to allow pets to slip out.
“I am fully comfortable leaving Marley with Andrea. During her stay, Marley had some stomach issues, and Andrea kept me updated the entire time. Sometimes after staying with a sitter, Marley can be a bit clingy. You would not know I was gone with how relaxed she was when I returned. I highly recommend Andrea!”

“I would highly recommend them for any of the services they offer. Lil bear has “separation anxiety” and traveling on a airplane is too much for him to handle. Aaron and Kaylee really work hard to introduce your animal to theirs, and others they maybe watching. I did a couple daycare weeks there before I had him stay. Lil bear always seemed willing and excited to go there each morning. He made friends with the other day there. He always gets good exercise while there, tired when he comes home. Worth it. And they are very accommodating to any changes or needs you have.”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is that since I was eight years old I have been taking care of cats, dogs, reptiles, and rodents. I have 25 rescue cats back home in California in which I work with rescues for free vaccines and neutering and spaying. Lots of the cats I take care of have special needs or require administering medication. I also have experience with dogs with special needs such as being spoonfed. I work part-time over the winter and will spend most days indoors studying for LSAT. I go for walks on breaks and usually give attention to my pets and others between breaks or as needed! My house has spare rooms where I can house pets if they are not comfortable with my cats! My cats can remain on third floor if needed with free roam acccess around house for cats and for dogs it varies on a case by case basis.

Mikia took in our 2yo pup like he was part of the family. He had a large fenced in yard to play in, two friendly dogs to play with, and plenty of warmth and cuddles from Mikia and her daughter. Georgia was wonderful with my dog, Lu. She treated Lu to playtime at the dog park, hikes in the woods, and even a swim in a local gorge. Georgia was incredible with her communication while I was traveling. In one of the pictures she shared with me, Lu looks so full of joy. 🥰 Not only did I feel comfortable with Lu’s care, I felt secure knowing that Lu was having a vacation herself- receiving ample cuddles and engaging play. I would highly recommend Georgia for your boarding, sitting or walking needs. She is really top-tier. The best experience I’ve had with care for my pet, hands down.
