About: I have had dogs and cats since I was a kid and have always enjoyed looking after and caring for animals. My girlfriend and I don't have any pets at the moment and have been housing our friends pets when they are traveling. Hoping to offer our comfortable house to other pets while their people are traveling! I currently work from 9-5 a short bus ride from my house. I have a lot of flexibility to go home for lunch during the day and check on our house guests. On the weekends we are usually around the house and enjoy going for walks along the gorge trails. We have a three-quarters fenced in backyard for quality fetch time and a large house for the pets to roam in. We have a very open living and dining room for running around and chasing toys! When I visit houses to check on pets I like to stay and play with them for a bit. Make sure they are comfortable and getting some fun in during the day!

About: Pet care found ME... I did not find it. After cuddling with random dogs I'd meet on the street my whole life, someone finally asked me "Why don't you take care of pets professionally?" And thus a career was born (which I've adored ever since). I owned my own pet care company for over 15 years while living in NYC and NJ. Now, I’m based in Ithaca, and look forward to taking care of your fur baby! I am not working full time and have plenty of downtime. Thus, my schedule is super flexible and easily adjustable to your pet care needs! I treat all pets as if they were my own. I had a chow chow for many years, which was a member of our family and that is how I view ALL animals. They are part of our lives and our hearts and should be treated with just as much kindness and love as their human counterparts. Hospitality and pet care are my main sources of income. I work nights in hospitality, and my schedule is fairly flexible. I will always make every fur baby take care of my priority! I can take care of pets at your home or mine. I live in a three story/three bedroom townhouse, so there is plenty of room. The townhouse community sits on a big piece of open property. I absolutely LOVE playing with your pets--whether they are in my house or yours. I especially love giving them lots of love and affection!

I was working a 12 hour night shift and she gave me updates on the pups before they settled in for the night, allowing me to fully focus at work knowing they were warm and safe. They did a great job handling Reggie’s anxieties and they had a 17 year old Lab that my pups got to run around and socialize with as well. I will definitely be using them in the future. About: I've had dogs my entire life, but really started taking a lot of responsibility for their care around 12. From small breeds to large, I've loved them all! I have experience with behavioral issues, medication administration, seizures, and other medical issues. I'm a stay at home mom of two beautiful disabled children. We have one cat and one dog. I'm always home and available during the day for boarding. We have nice, big yards and we live in a very friendly neighborhood! I'd also love to help take care of your babes on the weekends, evenings, and occasionally during the week! I have an unfenced but spacious yard. Our home has the capacity to keep everyone separated if needed, but lots of room to be together, too! We have plenty of room for a crate, if that's how your sweet babe thrives, but we also support snuggles during sleep, too!
