About: Ever since I was a small child, neighbors and friends have entrusted me to check in on their beloved animals and ensure they are fed, played with, and cleaned up after. As an adult who normally teaches full time, I have house sit for colleagues who have children and take them on vacation while I look after their dogs and their parents' chickens across the street. I don't work summers or during school breaks and I don't have kids so I have a lot of flexibility and free time when school is not in session. I'm great with animals On breaks and weekends, I can make pet care my sole focus. No children or other pressing obligations means that I can give all my attention to your furry friends. I come prepared to enrich your pets time and can read a book while they sleep. My husband can handle my household chores so that I don't have to leave your house if that is what the job entails. The only real routine barrier is my teaching job but that is only during week days in the 10 month school year not accounting for planned holidays, Summer or weeks off. I can prepare food, take on walks, clean litter boxes, give medicine, regularly keep water bowls cleaned and filled, play with and ensure that all animals are where they are supposed to be when I turn in for the night or leave the house. I will defer to client's needs or requests as well for anything out of the ordinary.

About: I grew up in a household full of animals and have been pet sitting for neighbors for as long as I have been old enough. I've had dogs, guinea pigs, a rabbit, chickens and numerous other small creatures who I have loved over the years. My profile picture is of my parent's golden doodle! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a kid. Many of them were street dogs of all kinds. I feed them and gave them much love. My dad is the major dog lover in the family. He cooks a special and big meal every 29 of April (Animals’ Day in Argentina) for the dogs of the neighborhood — yeah, my dad is pretty great. I am an architect and Assistant Professor at Cornell AAP. I live with Juan Manuel, my husband, who is also an architect and Visiting Critic at Cornell AAP. We teach twice a week (but on different days) so we are flexible to baby sit your pet every day. We are also available during the weekend! We live very close to a park in downtown Ithaca, which is a fantastic park for dogs, so your pet will have fun meeting some new friends! At home your dog will be indoors, in a warm quiet and very clean ambience. We will take care of your pet as if was ours. Your dog will be invited to play with us, cuddle, lay on the couch with us, spend time outside, do some walks and tours in the neighborhood. We will treat them really greatly and will share a lot of love and joy. We really baby sit because we enjoy it very much!

About: I have grown up around dogs my entire love and absolutely love them. I have one small rescue dog of my own who I trained on my own. I spend my weekends at the Cleveland Animal Protective League walking and training all different types of dogs, so I have experience with any type of dog you could think of! About: I have had pets most of my life. I quit my job and started a non-profit, St. Lewis Foundation, which didnt work out, so all the animals in my care became my pets. They were mostly senior and unwanted animals, which is where my heart is. I am unemployed right now, looking for remote work . So I am home all day. I have the time to let your pup out as many times as he/she wants. If they are a little dog I will be right by their side. I am up 6a - 9p. I have 3 senior cats that sleep up high most of the day, so your pup needs to be okay with cats. All pups sleep with me in my king size bed (if they want to). I have a dog bed next to me in my office or a couch in front of a large front window. I have locked screen security doors in case your pup likes to sniff the air. Central AC (I like it cool) and heating. I have many balls and treats (if allowed) and would love to throw the ball a bit. Back yard is not huge but sufficient. All my dogs have passed and I am missing a dog so much but cant commit right now. So let me love on your pup!

About: I've taken care of dogs of all breeds, ages, and personalities for a large portion of my life - from when I was a kid in Jersey until last year, when my sweet and challenging pit bull, Hudson passed away. “Arya was wonderful with our Dia. He kept us updated each day which gave us peace of mind that our Dia was taken care of. He regularly walked her and was as some would say a doggie whisperer as she doesn’t like many people but took to Arya right away. Next vacation or even just a daily getaway, I would highly recommend using Arya.”

Georgia was incredible with her communication while I was traveling. In one of the pictures she shared with me, Lu looks so full of joy. 🥰 Not only did I feel comfortable with Lu’s care, I felt secure knowing that Lu was having a vacation herself- receiving ample cuddles and engaging play.
