I am very pleased with the care given to my beloved cats. Savannah and Rover are the team to go to when you need someone you can trust to look after your sweet pets. I expect to use these services exclusively in the future and unreservedly recommend them to other pet owners.

It’s always great having Emily help out with our dog. She was able to come last minute for a drop in visit while we were out of town for the day. She is a great communicator and always sends nice updates.

Ami was an amazing sitter for our two cats and chickens. She was very kind, patient and showed me immediately she was excited to care for my pets. She sent tons of photos and had great communication if she had any questions or responding to us. I would definitely recommended her if you need a sitter and I would use her again for my own cats and chickens.

Vita always does amazing with our dog and recently watched our new kitten as well. She is very communicative and takes lots of photos and videos.

Helena was great - consistent, reliable, got some play time in with my brave cat, and even got some scritches in with my terribly shy cat. I appreciate the daily photos and updates - much less stressful on the cats than being boarded, and less stressful on me knowing they're getting reliable, daily care and check ins.

Repeat pet parent here. I have confidence Becky will take good care of your pet. I plan on using her more often for pet care.

Annmarie was AWESOME with our 2 dogs and cat. She had great communication through our entire trip and went out of her way to take extra care of the dogs to calm them during 4th of July fireworks. Will 100% be asking her to watch them again!

So grateful for Johanna and taking us on as new clients only a week before a holiday when we needed a sitter the most. She’s so diligent and followed every instruction beautifully!

Vanessa did an amazing job. My cat is very shy and by the second day she was sitting on Vanessa's lap. She has a special way with animals. I will definitely use her again. I was very impressed.

Colin took great care of my dog and two cats while I was gone on vacation for a week. It was so nice knowing the pets were in good hands and seeing their happy faces with the check-in pictures. Would highly recommend Colin for stress-free pet care!

My husband and I had planned and booked a 2 week bucket list trip to Peru and were set to leave in 7 weeks. We had arranged our normal pet sitter that we’ve used for years to come and take care of our (almost) 15 year old cat, Mr. Christmas. It was around that time that Mr. Christmas stopped eating. Mr. Christmas had no real health conditions, no meds…and he was declining fast. After extensive testing, imaging, and seeing a specialist, he was diagnosed with either IBD or cancer and was going to need a lot of follow up. He was on multiple oral medications and he still wasn’t eating great. I couldn’t leave him in the house with someone who can only come see him once a day. He needed more support and our normal pet sitter couldn’t provide that for him. I was fully prepared to cancel the trip, but thought I’d go on Rover to see if anyone could match what we were looking for and if anyone would be willing to do what we were asking. We needed three, hour-long visits daily, forcing food at him, weighing him, and administering multiple daily medications. I found Melanie explaining what I was looking for, and I was really impressed that she was up early at 4:30am to message me. Melanie communicated with me each week leading up to our trip. We initially didn’t have a diagnosis and I needed vet clearance to leave him. Melanie asked many questions, and when we finally were told that he was stable enough to leave, she came over to our house with a list of questions to go over with us. He’s got a bit…a lot…of an attitude. She made sure that she didn’t approach him and waited for him to come to her. She was so thoughtful about every detail of their interaction in front of us. My husband and I both felt that even though she is a stranger to us, there was something calming about her and she was very professional. We knew Mr. Christmas would be okay, but I wasn’t expecting him to thrive the way that he did. Melanie never missed a visit. She never asked for anything from me. She communicated with me daily throughout the two weeks. She braved picking him up to put him on the scale multiple times. Mr. Christmas gained weight with Melanie. He wasn’t gaining weight with me at home, but she is just that good. Pictures of Mr. Christmas started with him sleeping alone, and then he got closer and closer to her on the couch. He even started inviting her to watch him in the litter box (I’m mortified), but he only does this with “his people”. Our dog came to visit at home a few days to see Mr. Christmas (they are besties), and Melanie had no problem cuddling our dog while visiting Mr. Christmas. To describe Melanie in one or two words, I would say she is easygoing and pays great attention to detail. She makes everything seem easy and carefree, and my anxiety really appreciated that on this trip. I got home from 15 days away from him, and he is this thick ball of fluffy happiness. He was WELL taken care of. We could have never gone on this trip without Melanie. She is a true gem and I will be referring anyone and everyone I know to her. I can’t recommend Stephanie enough! She goes above and beyond for both my dog and rabbit. She was reliable, communicative, and took such great care of my pets while I was away. I felt completely at ease knowing my animals were in good hands, and I would absolutely trust her again in the future.

Hannah clearly loves dogs! She had a great meet and greet with Theo. She was reliable and took Theo out on walks every visit. Theo was happy and relaxed when we got back after a week away, which is just what you want! I’ll definitely hire Hannah again.

Lizzy was an outstanding dog sitter! She took amazing care of my dogs and kept me updated on everything and sent lots of photos! My dogs were super happy to see her highly recommend her as a dog sitter! She even helped with issues involving my fire alarm and stayed for my maintenance people to try and fix it couldn’t have picked a better dog sitter!

This is my second time booking with Matthew for a 5 day trip, and I’m equally as thrilled with his service as the first time. My dog absolutely loves him, and I really appreciate his daily photos and quick recap. He even alerted me to a potential hazard and resolved it right away. I know my dog will be safe, entertained, and loved on when he drops in!

This week I was unable to make it home at lunch each day to let my pups out but I wasn’t worried about them because Deidre was available to do drop in visits. She is amazing and both my pups love it when she visits them

Robin tried calmly to get my reactive dog to like her. I feel confident he will eventually fall in love with her.
