“This was my first time working with Madison and they were fantastic! They made time to do a meet-and-greet before hand to meet my Kitty and watch me administer medications. They asked great questions and were patient with my instructions. They have now checked on my cat twice and gave meds, they gave thorough notes in the rover card and provided great pictures. My cat was quick to cuddle with them which is always a good sign that they are gentle and kind when giving meds. Overall very happy and will definitely book again.”
