About: I have spent my entire life surrounded by animals of all sizes and temperaments. I am very comfortable handling a wide range of personalities on and off leash. Currently I have two dogs who are reactive, so I’m very familiar with managing behavior challenges calmly and safely. I’m experienced in giving medications when needed and take pride in providing calm, consistent, and loving care. I have a flexible schedule, a reliable vehicle, and am open to helping with overnights. I am not working elsewhere currently so I'm ready to make caring for your pet part of my routine! This also enables me to be much more flexible to fit you and your pet's needs. I am able to care for them in your home only at this time. This way they will feel their most comfortable while we get to know each other.

About: Hi, I'm Philip! I grew up with animals, and have always been around them for as long as I can remember. I started helping to take care of our cats, dogs, fish, and birds at home when I was about 7 years old, and have taken more complex and more numerous animal responsibilities since then. I've cared for cats, dogs, birds, fish, and even lizards for friends, family, and community throughout my teens and adult life. Daily pet care is as much a part of my routine as much as it is for the pets. I'm a scientist and engineer by trade, and I try to incorporate data on behavior, hygiene, and diet into my pet care practices (while prioritizing data from you, the pet parent!). I respect each animal's unique situation, and always do my best to make sure their needs and sensitivities are met. I've been told that I spoil pets by devoting so much time and energy to them, but so far none of the animals have complained! I promise that your fur babies will be in good hands. Thanks for considering me! I'm currently working part-time, and I currently live in an apartment with my partner and our cats. I'm not currently able to offer board for animals, but I am happy to check in, walk, or pet-sit/house-sit any day after 1pm, overnight on weekends, or overnight on pre-scheduled days of the week. I keep a list (whether mental or physical) of each pet's unique needs, and I incorporate their care into my daily routine. I always start by checking in with the pet themself, and let them know I'm there with them. I'll move on to other priorities and needs, as I'm informed about them. I always make sure to spend enough time with a pet to learn their habits, as well as their "tells" if something is wrong. I'm also big on open communication, and am happy to send text, photo, or video updates during each visit!

About: I’ve always had a special love for animals, and although I’ve never been able to have a dog or cat of my own, I have experience with dog sitting and cat sitting; whether it be day long or month long at my house, or frequent visits to others houses. I've dog-sat young puppies and elder dogs needing extra medical care. I've had 2 years of experience volunteering at local animal shelters as well! I am a full-time student at UCSB, I am usually free all day on weekends but I’m able to communicate how my class schedule will fit around caring for your pets. I have a fenced yard with plenty of space to run around, I’ll make sure everything is in great shape for your furry friend. In both my home and yours, your pet is my number 1 priority. I also have an SUV that I'm able to transport your pet in if desired.

About: I have been taking care of dogs for many years. I have done overnight work with my grandparents' senior dog as well has taken care of many other types of dogs. I have also worked with different types of energy levels and can take the dogs for long walks as well if that's what they need. I have done a bunch of different work with dogs including volunteer work at Santa Barbara Humane Society. ( I only do cats and dogs ) When I am not busy with school and personal issues I am available quiet often. Just let me know when and where and I'll let you know. I care for pets as what you, the owner, say they need. If they need certain special care, I can take care of it. I let the animal come to me and not me to the animal as it does take time for your pet to get used to a new person with different smells.

About: I have been around animals my whole life from hamsters, chickens, dogs, cats, and horses since I was a little girl, I love being around pets and the joy they bring me. I used to volunteer at my local Animal Hospital when I was in high school and loved seeing all the different breeds. I recently moved to Utah from California and have been weighing out my options for work and I have come to the conclusion I would be very fulfilled taking care of pets through out the day. I’m available 7 days a week! I live in an area with a dog park and plenty of exercise to be had, I treat every animal like they are my own and would truly look after your pet to ensure they are happy and safe. I have a cat that lives with me (who grew up around dogs) and 3 dogs at my folks home, so being around dogs is nothing new to me! I didn’t bring any doggy companions with me when I moved and I miss being around them.
