About: I recently adopted a Cockapoo named Lucy. She is a total sweetheart and loves people and other dogs. I previously owned my own Boxer, Ava, for 9 years. She passed away 2 years ago and so I started working for Rover to share my love, compassion and support to dog owners seeking companionship and enrichment activity for their dog. About: I’ve had animals for my entire life including cats, dogs, fish, hamster and guinea pigs. I have taken care of many other animals and love being around them. I have volunteered at animal shelters since middle school and am currently walking shelter dogs. I love animals and want to fit them into any free time I have. About: I was a Certified Veterinary Technician in Colorado. I have been a dog walker in NYC and in Denver, I have walked many different breeds, and loved them all. I currently have 4 cats, two senior cats, one previously feral, and one with special needs. I am experienced at administering medication to both cats and dogs. Before I had cats, I had a Belgian Malinois/Australian Shepherd mix, so that's just to say I am also experienced with some of the more high energy and higher maintenance breeds. I have a good amount of availability these days. I currently set my own schedule of taking care of pets, and teaching private ballet lessons. I would offer dedicated care and attention to your pet while you are away. I'm happy to spend time playing or interacting with them as well as covering their other necessary needs ie. food, water, medications, bathroom breaks, or litter box cleaning.

I took care of my dad for ten years (he had ALS) and am very compassionate and patient with caregiving. I'm here to help! I work from home five days a week 10-6, but am totally flexible/can swing by to take care of your sweet pets! If you prefer I stay at your house for a longer time to watch your pet, that works for me as long as I could bring my laptop. I don't currently have pets in my home, though I am allowed to bring small pets in as needed. I do have a large backyard.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
