About: Life-long pet lover with several years of dog walking experience. Also volunteered at the animal shelter, attended a dog training course, and took the vocational Health Occupations course in High School which included job shadowing at a vet's office. Scheduling should be pretty flexible. We are located in Wells & work part time locally. Please inform us what your needs are and we will try to accommodate! We live in an apartment so we will care for your dogs inside as well as giving them walks & allowing them in the yard on long leashes. Our two dogs will be overjoyed to have playmates, but if yours are shy or nervous we can keep them separated. Trips to the beach, dog park, or walking trails are also doable!
About: I've owned and been around a variety of dog breeds, ages, and temperaments since I 10 years old. My family has owned mini schnauzers (including rescuing senior dogs), large breed hunting dogs, and Shepard breeds. I know the importance of maintaining a schedule, keeping high energy dogs exercised, and reinforcing training techniques for the breeds mentioned above. I also am able to give medications (both oral and injectable), and care for dogs after surgery (I volunteered with my grandad who is a veterinarian at shelters and assisted with minor surgeries and after surgery care). I just finished up college, and applying for another program. My schedule is pretty open allowing me to meet the needs of your pets, keeping them on a similar schedule while you are away As I've mentioned, I know the importance of exercising and maintaining a schedule and will keep to the routine of your pet. I also love cuddling and just spending time with animals.
About: Been a dog lover and owner all my life and would love the opportunity to take care of your dog if our schedules are able to align. I'm a teacher, so my summers are generally pretty open. I work Monday and Wednesday nights from about 5-7pm, but am otherwise available, unless otherwise noted in my calendar. Available times may change. I am offering dog walking and drop-ins at the moment, but I will care for any dogs as if they were my own, and will be in contact with the owners on an as needed basis. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
