She has pet sat for our super particular Siamese cat and our two rescue dogs, each with very different needs. We have a high energy dog who needs lots of stimulation and play, and one highly anxious dog who is very picky about who she likes/trusts and they both instantly took to Marena. Our anxious dog needs meds 2x per day and some extra TLC and we have zero worries leaving her under Marena’s care because she goes above and beyond in caring for our fur babies as if they are her own!”

About: I just moved here from Nebraska about two months ago into my new home ! I specialize in dogs behavior, and nutritional values. I worked in a dog boarding facility for five years with specializing in grooming, feeding medication, dog, walking dog behaviors. I did recently just sell my salon in Nebraska so I do have a lot of free time on my hands. I am a big animal, lover and love spoiling my baby! Lots of space for your fur baby as well. They are allowed on all of our furniture, including the bed. I can provide potty breaks as often as your fur baby needs, and as many walks in as play times . I am also a preschool teacher, but only work the morning shift for three hours. I have a fenced in yard, as well as a nature trail in our forest. I have a friendly Saint Bernard, who loves all animals.

About: I have owned and cared for my own dogs for over 20 years. I have always had a dog throughout my life and have yet to find one that didn't like me back :) I have raised puppies (currently raising one too) and have cared for my senior dogs with various ailments and special needs. I am available any day of the week aside from Monday and Wednesday morning. I can also be available during weekends and can work with unique schedules. I live next to 90 miles of trails in York, ME and can provide pets with very enriching experiences in nature. I have 3 dogs, a cat, guinea pigs, some chickens and ducks on the property. I have the option of housing guests separately from my own pets if needed.

About: My background in veterinary medicine provides me with the experience required to safely and professionally look after each animal in my care. My years of hands on care has taught me about canine and feline behavior, and I'm comfortable handling dogs and cats of all ages, sizes, breeds, and temperaments. I am educated and comfortable caring for pets with acute and chronic health conditions. My services include in-client home visits, walks, bathing, nail trims, gland expression, and overnight stays at my home. Car rides and trips to the beach may be scheduled also. I understand that pets more are than just our best friends, they're our family. I hope to be the one you entrust with your furry family members. My schedule consists of 3 shifts at a local hospital, so am home more often than not. If necessary I am usually able to swap shifts with someone. Communication is key, so I make sure to ask any needed questions and always keep the owner aware of anything that happens outside of the norm.

About: I’ve grown up with a dog by my side my whole life. I’ve also taken care of dogs for friends and family and been relied on to walk, feed, and check in on them. I’m currently working a part time job so I will still have time to watch dogs. My schedule changes on a weekly basis but if we coordinate all will be good. I’ve been around all different types of dogs: shy, playful, big, small. My house is very dog friendly. I am used to walking multiple dogs.
