About: I'm an animal lover and have grown up with all types of animals. I have been trusted taking care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for many years. My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.

About: Over the past 35 years, we've had three dogs who lived to 13, 14 and 15 years. We are very familiar with older dogs as well as young dogs and enjoy playing with dogs. After the loss of our last dog, Lucy, we decided to take a break from having another dog as we were empty nesters. We love dogs and were encouraged by our grown children to try Rover. We live on a quiet street near the York Harbor Beach and our house is far from the road with woods all around us. I am a regular daily walker and would love to have a dog to walk with me on occasion. About: Been a dog lover and owner all my life and would love the opportunity to take care of your dog if our schedules are able to align. I'm a teacher, so my summers are generally pretty open. I work Monday and Wednesday nights from about 5-7pm, but am otherwise available, unless otherwise noted in my calendar. Available times may change. About: Kristine and Eric have loved and had animals our entire life. I have always helped care for pets, even as a child. Eric was raised on a farm, caring for many different kinds of animals- waking up before dawn to ensure that all animals were properly cared for and had what they needed for the day whether it be rain, shine, snow, sleet, hot, or cold. We, together, have two dogs. They are both around 10 years old and are rescues. We also have 6 chickens. Our home has a door from the downstairs to the upstairs. When dogs are home during the day and if left alone for 1 hour or so they stay downstairs with access to water, comfy couches, and dog bed areas. When we are home they have free run of the home. We also have a crate for dogs that may need a private, safe space. We have a back yard that our dog enjoys playing in, but just so you know it is not fenced in, therefore dogs remain leashed when in the back yard. We do have a deck that is closed off in the backyard where dogs can be left unleashed to hang out, but always supervised when out there. We also have a 15 year old daughter who loves animals. She assists with the care of our dogs and we have fostered a few dogs in the past from various shelters and she is always eager to assist with making these dogs feel comfortable and give them love. She volunteers at a local animal shelter with small mammals and takes care of the chickens I work full time during the school year for a school district. Eric works from home. Eric takes dogs for a number of walks per day including walks to the local dog park (Rogers Park) and to local beaches for exercise and socialization. I am home by 3:30 pm and bring my dogs (and other dogs) for exercise either running, hiking, or walking. In the summer I am mostly around. I also grew up with cats and with both have experience with cats and providing meds to cats, including insulin shots. I work full time and Eric works part to full time but we can walk dogs in the evening and walk dogs throughout the day on the weekends. I have summers off as I work in a school. I will not be offering care in my home, but am excited to take care of your pet and walk your dog and take your dog on adventures.

“Jeanne took amazing care of our two terriers, Shannie and Wesley. She has a beautiful farm with a large fenced-in area in the backyard for the dogs to play. She also takes them into the barn and on walks, so the dogs never got bored. Jeanne was very responsive, accommodating, and sent lots of photos during the week that she had the dogs. When we picked up Shannie and Wesley, they were healthy, happy, full of energy — it was obvious they'd enjoyed the farm and Jeanne's company, as they were not in any hurry to leave. Thank you, Jeanne!”

About: I'm an animal lover and have grown up with all types of animals. I have been trusted taking care of neighbors, friends, and families pets for many years. My sister is a veterinarian so I often get the pet questions. I will go above and beyond for your pet. I work from home Monday and Tuesday so I am free to go for walks and drop by your house most of the time these days. I am in the office Wednesday through Friday and will have less time but still available. Weekends are free unless I'm away. I live on an acre of land. It is not a fully fenced yard but it is set back in a small, quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. I have an indoor cat.
