Top rated Canton house sitters

“After our first house sitting experience with Grey, he is at the top of our list for dog sitters. At our meet-and-greet, he asked a lot of questions which showed me that he really wants to get everything right and cause as little stress to the dogs (and me) as possible. He is kind, conscientious and seems to truly love dogs. Not only is he good with dogs, he knows how to communicate with humans too! I definitely recommend him for pet sitting.”

“We needed a sitter to watch our dog, Bernie, during our wedding weekend. Bernie is reactive, doesn't trust many people, and has only stayed with a select few trusted people in the past (who were all at our wedding), but he LOVES Megan. She went out of her way to understand and accommodate his reactivity, and came a few times before the day to make sure he was comfortable. We got photos throughout her stay of all the play sessions, cuddles and walks Bernie enjoyed- which assured us he was not only well taken care of, but having a great time. Megan is also an all around great human. When our original wedding was cancelled due to Hurricane Helene and we couldn't get in contact with anyone, Megan came to our house to make sure we didn't still need a sitter. I have a severe food allergy that requires we don't bring gluten in the house, and she was respectful and cognizant throughout her stay. If you need a sitter for your pet, I would 1000% recommend Megan. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“I was nervous about someone we just met staying in my home with my dogs while we were away. Also, I have three pitties who come with a LOT of energy. Chris did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable at the two meet and greets, as well as this past weekend while we were in Tennessee. She was communicative and very helpful. She left the house cleaner than when she arrived. It’s safe to say that, given how it has gone so far, we are much more confident going to France for almost two weeks in a few days here. We’re confident Chris will take care of our home and pups. Got ourselves a dog sitter.”

“Elijah was so great with our dogs and respectful of our home. He sent daily photos so we could stay connected. I will always ask him first when we need help again.”

“Susan did an outstanding job pet sitting for our 3 dogs and 5 cats for an overnight! She was very communicative with us and extremely responsive. The house looked great when we got home. Highly recommend!”

“John-Paul did a great job taking care of our 2 dogs and cat. He was very responsive and sent photo updates regularly!”

“Elizabeth was great! She came to the house to meet the animals before we left for vacation to make sure we felt comfortable. She’s a great communicator and we got multiple pictures updates everyday we were away!”

“Sara was so welcoming to Tashi. She took him for walks and let him nap on the couch. He stayed 2 nights while we hiked in Zion. He was happy and refreshed when we picked him up. I highly recommend Sara and using this service if you are exploring the National Parks that do not allow dogs on trails.”

“Sheridan was a wonderful sitter for my two cats. She was very conscientious in my home and took great care of them. I loved all the photos she sent. I was very happy with her services and will gladly use her again for pet sitting.”

About: Pet sitting and walking was Johanna's full time job in DC and Miami. Sam has been a pet owner and lover from a young age. We both have experience with all size dog breeds, as well as cats, birds, fish, and rodents. Johanna works remotely and is able to be flexible when caring for all your furrbabies. Sam is in college and has a flexible schedule as well. We both grew up with both small dogs and large dogs. We've had Rottweilers, Min Pins, Chihuahuas, Pitbulls and American Bulldogs. We've had cats for over a decade and have fish as well. Unfortunately we're unable to board any pets for now. When caring for your pets we're very mindful of all their needs and prioritize their care.

About: I grew up with 3 dogs and 4 cats. All rescues, all crazy in their own ways. I've been pet sitting about half my life now. I've saved dogs from coyotes and have helped cats with asthma. I've walked Great Danes in the valleys of Los Angeles and walked cute chihuahuas in North Carolina. I've assisted with Wolfdog care and encountered mountain lions in California. I've been exposed to many 4 legged creatures and respect them all the same. I currently have a pitbull mastiff and she's the sweetest thing. Except when she sees a groundhog. She's about 80 lbs. I still pick her up all the time to get her onto my bed or just to hold for a second. I know doggy CPR and am a 1st responder. If your dog needs to burn energy or lose a few pounds im your person. I can train the basics and some tricks here and there. I'm pretty good with navigating activities for your dog and looking out for any signs of distress or sickness. I have a pretty open schedule and can be flexible as well. My dog will never be exposed to yours regardless of how friendly your dog may seem. My yard is open, so I always walk pets on a leash. In a client's home, I just abide by what the owner states. I don't go against wishes because it takes 1 time to make a mistake. In my own home I usually let dogs have free roam unless advised otherwise.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was 15. I’ve had experience with a wide range of pets, including many ages and fun personalities. I currently work part time so I’m available to give your pet the time they need. I live in Leicester which gives me the opportunity to help out in any surrounding area. I live in a studio apartment but have a large yard that can be used for dogs enrichment. I am also very active and love hiking which makes a fun adventure for animals looking for exercise.

“Alli was very respectful of our home. Our dogs were relaxed and comfortable when we returned home. It was relief to know things were okay at home while we were away.”

About: We have had horses, cows, chickens, goats, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, you name it. I am very good at communicating with them and making them feel at home. I am a nursing student in need of a good paying job with a flexible schedule. This opportunity seemed perfect to me especially since outside of class I don’t get to interact with animals a lot! My home is very safe. Our fields have fences around them and I would keep your fur babies on leashes if they need to be!

“Haley is absolutely amazing. She shows up on time and I am probably the worst dog mom when it comes to anxiety and leaving my dog and Haley made me feel comfortable but more important she made pepper comfortable.. It’s really really rare to find someone like Haley. I am forever grateful”

About: Hi! I am a hair stylist in the area with a passion for animals and helping others. I've had many years of caring for animals, in my own home and as a profession. Before working in a salon, i was working in shelters, learning how to work with dogs with behavioral issues and dog training. I'm able to administer medicine if necessary and ready to give all the snuggles needed! There is no other bond stronger than the ones with our pets so I am committed to making you and your pet feeling happy, comfortable, and safe. I'm an active person so if you have an active dog Im happy to go for long walks, runs, or hikes with them! Cant wait to meet your fur babies in the future and create a great bond Living with 4 pets myself, pet care is a part of my every day life! im used to daily walks, outings, litter box changes, and maintaining their mental and emotional stimulation i can happily take your pets for a walk, let them in and out of a crate if needed, give any kinds of medicine needed, and plenty of love

“We needed someone to take care of our 2 dogs while we went out of town and were so happy to find Kaysee to house sit. Communication was wonderful throughout the whole experience (meet and greet, while we were away, and everything in between). She was friendly, reliable, and respectful of our home. We would definitely use her services again and highly recommend!”

“Alana did a great job taking care of our two cats and dog. She kept us updated and I felt like I never had to worry about our pets while we were traveling. Our older cat needs medication and she did a great job administering it and making sure he was taken care of. We will definitely be using her again!”

“Alyssa communicated very well and Cash had a great time. She made sure he was well taken care of and loved.”

“Abi provided exceptional care for Dobby during our evening out, given Dobby’s separation anxiety. Abi was prompt, an excellent communicator who was easy to work with, as well as flexible and gracious when our plans changed slightly. We also really appreciated the updates Abi provided throughout the evening. We will certainly be booking with Abi again in the future.”

“I can’t recommend Jessy enough! She was absolutely wonderful with my dog Nelson. He can be a bit stubborn (okay, very stubborn), but our first meeting, Jessy handled him with such patience and calmness. It was honestly impressive to watch. She took the time to understand his quirks and never rushed him something that really stood out to me. It’s like she speaks his language. I’ve never seen him warm up to someone so quickly. I feel 100% better if I have to leave him again.”
